摘要: 結構物受強震作用後,鋼筋混凝土結構產生裂縫、鋼結構構件降伏及接頭損壞皆會使結構勁度降低,進而影響結構安全。結構層間勁度降低程度一般係藉由感應器量測樓版動態反應,並利用系統識別技巧配合定義損壞指標,以量化數值來表示。本文主要探討建築結構之非結構牆體對層間勁度之貢獻,以區隔結構構件及非結構構件損壞所反映之損壞指標值,使量化數值具有意義。此結果應用於2006年4月1日台東地震後台東消防分隊大樓震損結構,發現與實際柱與磚牆損壞狀況相當符合,未來應可與損壞指標相互配合,作為結構安全警示系統安危判定之依據。
When a structure is subjected to strong earthquake excitation, the yielding of structural elements and connections or support movement will cause the reduction of structural stiffness and further the instability of structural system. Generally, the building damage is represented by a damage index through the system identification technique based on the floor measurements. The objective of this study is then to investigate the contributions of story stiffness by walls and columns, so that to define the story stiffness reductions due to nonstructural damage and structural damage, respectively. The results were applied on the Taitung Fire Department building, which damaged during the Taitung earthquake at April 1, 2006. It was observed that the analyzing result was close to the real damage in walls and columns, so it is quite useful and can be combined with the damage index for a structural safety warning system in the future.
