摘要: NCREE及SERCB二套耐震能力詳細評估法,是因應政府推動建築物耐震補強之政策所發展出來,訂定補強目標並發展輔助分析程式,供工程師參考,以促進結構耐震能力提升工作之推動。 由於二套評估法陸續採納工程界及學界的建議而持續有修正及發展,對詳評工程已有莫大的貢獻。本文旨在透過案例分析,將NCREE及SERCB二套方法之理論基礎及耐震能力分析結果做一比較,並嘗試改善側推分析不足之處。由分析結果得知,在原結構具有較低混凝土強度時,NCREE評估所得之結果是較SERCB保守的,當具有較高混凝土強度時則反之。同時,本研究將利用「變形調諧側推力迭代法」,嘗試改善在側推時水平側向力分佈對側推結果的影響,故建議採用「變形調諧側推力迭代法」搭配二套詳評方法進行耐震評估,將能有效提升評估結果的準確度。
According to the policy of government for seismic upgrading of building, two seismic performance evaluation methods, NCREE and SERCB have been developed. Two methods which have been improved continually have great contributions to perform building upgrading. Hence, the main purpose in this research is comparing NCREE and SERCB in theory and seismic performance results by cases analysis. From analysis results, when building with low f'c value, the seismic resistant capacity by calculated from NCREE is more conservative than by SERCB. At the same time, we were trying to develop “Lateral Force Iterative Technigue Using Consistent Deformation” in this paper to improve the accuracy of pushover analysis result due to unreliable lateral force distribution.
