摘要: The purpose of this research is to investigate the behavior of prestressed concrete beams with different amount of coarse aggregate. A total of ten specimens were made. The testing variables include concrete strength, amount of prestress, and amount of coarse aggregate. The following results are observed: 1.For normal strength concrete, increasing the amount of coarse aggregate would increase the splitting tensile strength, stiffness, and ductility, while this phenomenon is not obvious in high strength concrete. 2.For normal strength concrete, increasing the amount of coarse aggregate would increase the crack control ability, while this phenomenon is not obvious in high strength concrete. 3.For this research, the ACI Vci equation is conservative. The ACI Vcw equation calculated by actual dp is more reasonable. 4.The ACI code underestimates the contribution of stirrup (Vs) and concrete (Vc) to shear strength at ultimate.
本研究為探討粗骨材含量對於預力混凝土梁之剪力行為影響,試驗中分別灌製10支變數不同之試體,分別為2支預力鋼棒35 MPa粗骨材含量750 kg/m3、850 kg/m3、950 kg/m3及1050 kg/m3四支、2支預力鋼棒50 MPa粗骨材含量750 kg/m3、850 kg/m3、950 kg/m3、1050 kg/m3四支及1支預力鋼棒兩種強度之950 kg/m3各一支,以做交叉分析比較;試驗變數為混凝土抗壓強度、預力量大小及粗骨材含量三項,試驗結果歸納如下: 1.於普通強度混凝土,增加粗骨材含量造成劈裂強度、勁度及延展性提升之現象較明顯。高強度混凝土因粗骨材增加所造成之現象較不明顯。 2.對於低強度混凝土而言,粗骨材含量較高者能有效分散裂縫寬度,即裂縫控制力較佳;在高強度混凝土中較無明顯趨勢。 3.針對本實驗而言,使用ACI撓剪開裂預測式計算剪力開裂強度有過於保守之趨勢,而ACI腹剪開裂預測式以實際有效深度進行計算較為合理。 4.ACI規範預測式低估了箍筋實際的剪力強度Vs及實際混凝土Vc之貢獻。
