摘要: 本文主要探討形貌不連續與雜訊造成不連續點的情形,以不連續點連結方式標記形貌不連續線段,搭配雜訊免疫型平行相位展開法做展開,同時處理雜訊及形貌不連續兩大問題。此外亦探討了品質圖結合不連續點極性平衡來處理形狀較複雜的情形。 實驗驗證採用兩種方法,結構光與電子斑點干涉術,利用實驗得到含有形貌不連續的包裹相位圖作測試,討論實際應用上的能力以及面臨到的問題。
This paper processes the position of residue causes of real physical discontinuities and phase noise. Phase unwrapping by using the connection with residue to mark the physical discontinuities lines and noise-immune parallel phase unwrapping, we can deal with both of problems about phase noise and physical discontinuities. Also, we processed the more complex situation in shapes by exploring the quality map combines with the balancing of polarity. We take two types of experiments, Structured light and Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry (ESPI), to take some wrapped phase maps which have real physical discontinuities for test. Finally, the ability to practical application and the problems we faced are discussed.
