摘要: We used nano-channel alumina (NCA) and a sol-gel process to prepare La0.6Nd0.2Na0.2MnO3 nanowires . The morphology and crystal structure was be characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). And transmission electron microscopy shows that the diameters of nanowires are around 30 nm. The low dc field magnetic response measurement was carried out by superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID). And the result shows that the Curie temperature of La0.6Nd0.2Na0.2MnO3 nanowire is about 155K,is less than the Curie temperature of bulk.The result may due to the size effect and the surface effect or the distorsion of the magnetic domain.
我們使用具有奈米孔洞的氧化鋁薄膜以及溶膠凝膠的方法來合成La0.6Nd0.2Na0.2MnO3的奈米線,我們使用場發射式掃描電子顯微鏡以及穿透式電子顯微鏡來觀察La0.6Nd0.2Na0.2MnO3奈米線的外觀以及其晶格結構,從穿透式電子顯微鏡我們觀察到我們的奈米線寬度約30nm。之後我們利用超導量子干涉儀來量測La0.6Nd0.2Na0.2MnO3奈米線的磁性性質,發現其居禮溫度約155K,比塊材的居禮溫度還低。這個結果可能是由於尺寸效應和表面效應,也或許可能是由於尺寸縮小使磁疇變形而造成的。
