摘要: 本研究的目標是利用調查數據去某一估計感興趣物種的佔據率。本研究的問題主要源 自於當物種於調查區域未被發現, 可以分類為三種情形: (1) 所感興趣的物種存在於研究 地區, 但是在抽樣調查期間並未被發現; (2) 該物種並不存在於該地區, 當然完全不會被發 現。(3) 或是該區域的調查過程中導致資料的遺失或沒調查。基於這樣的調查資料, 可以有 兩種作法: 一直接考慮遺失值, 二則把遺失值當成未發現的情況, 本文主要透過模擬分析 來探討有遺失值時對佔據率估計量的影響性。另外, 我們利用兩個實例數據(有關美國蟾 蜍與春天蛙類) 的資料說明如何執行佔據率的估計量。
