摘要: 本研究主旨在於利用商用套裝軟體ABAQUS,進行可攜式電子產品之衝擊分析模擬。在眾多的可攜式電子產品當中,選擇使用直立式行動電話來做為本文所要模擬的對象,並探討一銅球自由撞擊至鏡面時之應力分析。 此研究有別於一般分析流程尚須透過其它前處理軟體來產生有限元素模型;而是直接由實際的工程模具圖檔導入至ABAQUS/CAE模組中,直接進行設定與分析,且將此模型近似成可用於接觸分析以及高度非線彈性材料行為。另一問題則是在於行動電話模型的簡化,因為此研究主要在於探討鏡面的應力行為,所以對於較細部的零件或其他元件則會移除。 因此,本文主要是希望找出在結果可被接受的條件下,一套針對工程開發之撞擊測試的有限元素模擬,之最佳的分析流程與簡化模型。
This study aims to use commercial software packages ABAQUS for portable electronic products impact of the simulation. In numerous of the portable electronic products, choose to use the bar shaped mobile phone to become a target who is wanted simulation by this text, and to discuss the stress analysis of a free Copper Balls hit to the Mirror. This study is different from the general analysis processes need to be through other preprocessing to generate finite element model; but works directly from the actual images of the stamping dies engineering into ABAQUS/CAE module, direct configuration and analysis, and the model can be used to approximate into contact analysis, as well as highly non-linear elastic material behavior. Another problem is the mobile phone model is a simplified, as this study was to investigate the stress of the mirror, which is why the smaller parts or other components will be removed. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out the results may be accepted under the conditions of a set of engineering tests of the impact of finite element simulation, the best analysis of processes and simplified model.
