摘要: 就整個工具機的製造與組裝過程而言,其主軸套件之性能乃影響工具機加工品質與生產效率極其重要關鍵技術,故主軸在實際裝上機台前的測試分析步驟就顯得十分重要,對於研發設計者而言,『測試分析』這步驟可為驗證設計優劣與變更設計之參考依據;對於裝配者而言,『測試分析』可作為驗證組裝順利與否之依據與提昇產品性能之參考;對於消費顧客者而言,『測試分析』之結果與其需求相較之下,可作為購買工具機時之參考依據。 本研究主要針對(皮帶式、直結式)主軸溫升運轉測試平台規劃開發,盼能個別針對皮帶與直結式立、臥主軸專屬測試跑合平台,使主軸套件在未裝上機台前能提供一溫升穩定實驗數據,並使其軸承內潤滑油平均甩開分散其中,提供主軸套件在裝上工具機台能發揮較佳的穩定度。 本論文利用SolidWorks建構平台之3D模型,再藉由有限元素分析軟體ANSYS Workbech探討其自然頻率、模態分析,以對其本身設計主軸溫升運轉測試平台外型、結構作適當之分析與修改設計。
In the manufacturing process of machine tools, the spindle performance dominates the working process quality and production efficiency. In terms of engineering design, tests and analysis are used to verify the quality and design after its production. As for assembly, tests and analysis are used to verify the success of its assembling process and is regarded as a reference for improving the product''s quality. From a customer''s perspective, the result of analysis functions as a reference in meeting the customer''s demand. This research mainly aims at machine tools, the leather belt type and both erect and horizontal direct-drive type, spindle run-in Test Platform individually. Moreover the main spindle run-in test platform is used to record temperature change of the spindle suit before installation in order to cast off dispersion from lubricating oil for both stability and maximum performance. This study uses SolidWorks to construct 3D models of the platform as well as discusses its free frequency and the modal analysis by finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. According to this data, we can improve machine tool spindle run-in test platform outlook and the structure to make suitable analysis and design necessary revision.
