摘要: 本篇論文研究平行板(confined flow field)中,多孔垂直噴氣流衝擊於 等熱通量加熱平板之熱傳現象,主要探討多孔噴氣流孔距比(s/d)大小對 局部紐塞數(local Nusselt number, Nu)造成之影響。孔道排列採交錯 式(staggered array),孔數為5,孔徑則固定為3 mm;孔距比分別為4、6 、8、12、16及24;噴氣孔距衝擊面板之高度孔徑比(H/d)考慮有2.0及4.0 二種;噴氣流之全溫度(total temperature, )控制在27℃;衝擊面板上 之加熱片係由九條寬12.5mm、厚0.01mm之不銹鋼片所組成,串聯後之寬度 變化(w)分別為37.5mm、62.5mm、87.5mm、112.5mm (w/d分別為12.50, 29.17, 37.50);加熱片之熱通量則固定在1000 。對於噴氣流雷諾數之控 制方面,中心噴氣孔之雷諾數( )固定於30,000,而鄰孔之雷諾數( )有30,000、20,000及0三種之變化。
The heat transfer of five confined staggered array circular air jets impinging on a flat plat with a constant surface heat flux is investigated. The work mainly deals with the effect of jet- jetspacing on the local Nusselt number. The considered spacing- to-diameter ratio individually is 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 and 24. The jet total temperature is controlled at 27℃. The plate spacing- to-diameter ratio is selected to be 2.0 and 4.0 respectively. The jet diameter is 3 mm. The surface heat flux is 1,000 . The consideredReynolds number of center jet is 30,000. The Reynolds number of adjacent jets individually is 30,000, 20,000 and 0. Three heating foil widths are arranged in experiment, namely, 37.5, 87.5 and 112.5 mm (w/d=12.50, 29.17, 37.50 respectively).
