摘要: This study examined the impact of different internationalization motives on national selection and subsidiary performance with the moderating effect of manager's network. It is suggested that the relationship between national selection and subsidiary performance is moderated by manager's network. The empirical result supported Taiwanese firms with different internationalization motives would have different national selection decision. Also the moderating effect of manager's network is supported. PCN's network is would have positive impact to the relationship of PCN and subsidiary performance and HCN's network would have negative impact to the relationship of HCN and subsidiary performance.
本研究主要目的為探討當廠商有不同的國際化動機情況下,人員選擇對於績效的影響,以及經理網絡關係的干擾效果。經理網絡關係的干擾效過介於人員選擇與績效間的關係。結果顯示: (1)不同的國際化動機驅使不同的人員選派制度。(2)地主國經理的網絡關係對人員選擇和績效關係呈現負向的干擾效果。(3)母國經理的網絡關係對於人員選擇和績效關係呈現正向的干擾效果。
