摘要: 在面臨環境快速變遷、技術的變動以及全球化競爭壓力下,企業必須透過組織學習,將組織內外部的知識及資源加以整合,進一步內化成組織獨特的資源,並藉由不斷地創新,將資源有效的運用,以維持競爭優勢,最終才能達到提升企業的績效表現。故本研究以學習導向為出發點,探討其對創新性及績效的影響。此外,企業亦可從網絡裡獲得所需之知識及資源,以促進學習及創新的行為產生,並增進企業核心能力。因此,本研究納入網絡關係之網絡中心性及網絡密度,來探討其對學習導向與創新性間是否有干擾影響。 本研究以中衛體系的廠商為研究對象,以郵寄方式發放問卷,最後回收有效問卷共計126份。將問卷資料進行敘述性統計分析、信效度分析、相關分析及多元迴歸分析與階層迴歸分析,來驗證研究假設。 透過實證研究結果顯示,學習導向對於企業的創新性有正向顯著影響;而創新性進一步正向影響公司績效。學習導向與公司績效亦有正向顯著影響之效果。而在網絡關係之干擾效果方面,網絡密度對於學習導向與創新性間的關係存在有微弱的干擾效果,網絡中心性則無顯著影響。另外本研究最後根據分析結果提出研究貢獻與實務意涵,研究限制並給予未來研究建議。
