摘要: 在資訊科技發達以及環境的改變下,企業間的合縱連橫越顯重要。企業彼此之間藉由形成網絡關係,達成資源互補、資訊交流、相互承諾、信任互惠等因素,強化其彼此間的關係,而此種種因素是否會激發企業彼此間的協同商務活動涉入程度的多寡。因此,本研究以產業網絡關係,探討產業網絡之強套繫與橋接套繫,以及組織的資源承諾對於協同商務活動涉入程度之影響,進而探討是否影響績效。 本研究之研究對象為中衛體系廠商,透過郵寄1,000份問卷後,實際回收有效問卷為143份。並透過SPSS問卷是否產生無反應偏差、共同方法變異問題,以及敘述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析以及多元迴歸分析驗證其假說,並輔以AMOS統計軟體藉由驗證性因素分析分析其本研究是否有無收斂效度。 實證結果發現,橋接套繫對於協同商務活動之涉入程度具有顯著且正相關的影響;強套繫對於協同商務活動之涉入程度具有顯著且正相關的影響; 組織間承諾對於協同商務活動之涉入程度具有顯著且正相關的影響; 組織間相容對於協同商務活動之涉入程度具有顯著且正相關的影響。再者,進一步探討可發現協同商務活動之涉入程度對於市場績效、營運績效以及關係績效亦呈現顯著且正相關的影響。最後,本研究針對研究結果進一步的提出管理實務上與學術未來研究的建議。
Accompany with the development of technology and global environment changes, cooperating between enterprises are more and more important. These enterprises formed a network to seek necessary resources for survive. Network relationship involves complex emotion and needs, these factors will affect the involvement of the collaboration activity. Therefore, this study viewed network relationship as key point to discuss how the industrial network of bridge ties and strong ties, organizational resource commitment affected collaboration activity. Further, discussed how collaboration activity affected corporate performance. In empirical research,this research used Corporate Synergy Development Center as sample. 1000 questionnaires were mailed and 143 usable samples were returned. The hypotheses are identified by descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression and Confirmatory factor analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, bridge ties is positively related to collaboration activity; Strong ties is positively related to collaboration activity. Second, inter-organizational commitment is positively related to collaboration activity; Inter-organizational compatibility is positively related to collaboration activity. Third, collaboration activity are positively related to market performance, operational performance and relationship performance. Finally, based on the empirical results, we propose theoretical and managerial implications and suggestions for future research.
