摘要: 本研究的主旨是設定一連串的參數,利用有限元素軟體DEFORM-3D進行模擬分析,目的是讓閱讀者能輕易的了解整個加工程序以及管件的加工情況,藉由模擬可讓使用者在實際加工管件之前有機會可以去修正彎管製程中的參數設定,使彎管機在進行管件加工時更有效率。在本文軟體中,虛擬管件與彎管機機台模組之運動模擬是藉由Pro-E繪製出模擬架構圖,轉成面網格檔案(.stl),再匯入DEFORM-3D輸入參數及限制條件,實行前處理動作,求得其模擬數據,再藉由修改DEFORM執行檔KeyFile進行模擬。
The purpose of the study is set a series of parameter, use the finite element method software DEFORM-3D to simulate and analyze. It's let the readers can understand all the working procedure easily. By simulate, we can let the user before the actual tube working can fix parameters of tube bending process which in tube bending to get a good efficiency. The software of the study, simulate of motion in virtual tube and machine model is use Pro-E to draw the simulate skeleton to convert surface mesh file (.stl), then import to DEFORM-3D and input parameters and restrictions, run pre-process to get simulate date and fix the DEFORM-3D execute file “KeyFile”.
