摘要: 本論文目的是透過兩個知識分享模型,分析員工的知識分享決策。藉由分析、了解員工的知識分享決策,使管理者做最有效率的知識分享相關策略。論文中所提出的兩個知識分享模型分別由合理行為理論及賽局理論架構而成。合理行為理論強調 “個人知識分享行為是由內心感受所組成”;賽局理論強調“個人知識分享行為是由分析他人決策所做出的選擇“。兩模型之間的最大差異在於賽局理論假設每個人皆會分析他人的決策;而此差異對於管理者而言,所應採取的策略所有不同。有鑒於此,本研究以兩個模型所預測的準確度做為評判依據,找出組織內員工所適合的知識分享模型。 本論文以台灣三個高科技產業為樣本,探討員工在分享知識的過程中所適合的模型。結果顯示,不同的公司有不同適合的模型。但平均¬而言,合理行為理論所建構的模型有較高的準確率;因此,管理者在實行知識分享策略時,應針對不同的情況做出適當的策略。
The purpose of this thesis is to make use of the knowledge sharing model and apply game concept into the model to clarify if employees would analyze the situation in the process of making knowledge sharing decision. Knowledge sharing model in this paper is based on the concept of Theory of Reasoned Action and Game Theory. Two models proposed in this research: Model A: Knowledge sharing process is constructed by the personal psychological feeling. Model B: Knowledge sharing process not only constructed by the personal psychological feeling but also take others' decision into consideration. Through comparing two knowledge-sharing models' predictable performance, the author can clarify the process of knowledge sharing. This thesis also adopts an empirical study from three high-tech companies in Taiwan. The results show that different company has different suitable model. In average, the model with game concept has lower predictive accuracy than the original model without game concept. The author provides practical implications for manager in making effective policy and also suggests future studies in areas of measurement improvement.
