摘要: The purpose of this research is to study the impacts of diabetes patient's cognition and service quality of medical institute offering on blood glucose test on patient's intention of using blood glucose for Type 2 diabetes. The observations are type 2 diabetes patients aged from 20 to 80 carrying with blood glucose meter, who are located at a certain of medical hospital middle Taiwan. Historic record, the questionnaire is literaturer review and desired by the real clinical situations,the study frame is compososed of on cognition, service quality, satisfaction and intention. There are 202 effective questionnaire . The analysis method includes descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability and validity, regression analysis and one way analysis of variance. Adopting regression analysis is to examine the assumption of this study. The study results show there are signicficant effect of service quality on satisfaction and satisfaction on behavior intention these two hypothesis are accepted and others are partially accepted. Quality service through satisfaction gets some impact on behavior intention. The total average of cognition questionnaire is 3.8 points, which shows interviewee still have insufficient knowledge of blood glucose test and need continue health education. Besides knowledge development, the dynamic behavior change will be enhanced. This study indicates that good service quality can improve satisfaction and thereby affect the intention of behavior. Diabetes health education not just provides general knowledge but needs more medical specialized assistance to develop personalized education strategy, promoting effective blood glucose test and good service quality, in order to maintain continue blood glucose test, achieve control target and reduce diabetes-related complications.
本研究旨在探討第2型糖尿病患血糖監測的認知、醫療機構血糖監測的服務品質是否滿意是否影響第2型糖尿病患對血糖監測的使用意願。以中部某醫學醫院之糖尿病中心年齡介於20至80歲有血糖機的第2型糖尿病患為研究對象。問卷由文獻查證依臨床實際狀況設計,並以認知、服務品質、滿意度與行為意圖為研究架構,以回診之糖尿病患進行問卷訪問,總共回收202份有效問卷。分析方法包括樣本敘述性統計、因素分析、信、效度分析、迴歸分析、以及ANOVA檢定等,並以迴歸分析檢定本研究之假設。 本研究發現服務品質對滿意度,以及滿意度對行為意圖有顯著影響,此兩項假設成立,其餘假設為部份成立,服務品質透過滿意度而對行為意圖產生影響,認知問卷題項總平均為3.8分,受訪者血糖對血糖監測相關知識仍不足,需要持續糖尿病教育工作,除了提供知識之外,更要創造行為改變的動力。 本研究顯示良好的服務品質,可以創造滿意度,進而影響行為的意圖,糖尿病教育不僅提供一般的知識,更需要透過專業的醫療,擬定個人化的教育策略,有效推廣血糖監測健康行為,創造滿意的醫療服務品質,達到監測行為的持續,進而達到血糖控制的目標,近而減少糖尿病相關併發症。
