摘要: 六輕計劃開發的麥寮區和海豐區,位於雲林縣最北端濁水溪出海口。本研究選擇在麥寮六輕工業區大排進行,自2006年冬末到夏初調查麥寮大排之藻類相組成、以東南水門、南6水門和南7新廠為上中下三個據點的底棲性藻類相之分佈組成變化,並比較各據點間的差異。本研究共計鑑定出19屬藻類,其中藍綠藻 2屬;綠藻6屬;矽藻9屬;裸藻2屬。在四月份東南水門與南7新廠主要優勢藻屬是顫藻屬(Oscillatoria),其他月份與地點皆以矽藻為主,所以結果顯示麥寮大排以矽藻為主要優勢族群,以七月份含量最高時可佔七月份總藻類數的91.6%左右。東南水門的出水口據點是所有調查藻類相最豐富的據點,藻類含量在高達1.53×104 cells/cm2以上,比其餘各據點高, GI值以東南門平均值10.87最高,南6門5.84次之,最低是南7樣區2.07, GI值從上游至下游遞減,以在六月份的東南水門樣區GI值16.47最高,以七月南6門GI值0.95最低。每個月份歧異度指數皆低於2,尤其以四月份的歧異度指數最低0.53,水質污染最為嚴重;此三個樣區在採樣期間,三次歧異度指數裡都是以南7新廠樣區為最低的,表示南7新廠在三個樣區裡,是屬於污染最為嚴重的。而在營養鹽方面四月NO3¯與NO2¯的營養鹽濃度共為13.89 ppm,較六、七月NO3¯與NO2¯的營養鹽濃度0.48 ppm、0.25 ppm高,又七月的營養鹽濃度比六月的濃度高,PO4¯值也是以四月份4.71 ppm最高,六月2.61 ppm次之,七月2.29 ppm最低。
The Mailiao and Haifong Areas accommodated No.6 Cracking Project are situated at the estuary of Chuoshui reiver at the northern end of Yunlin County. In this study, benthic algae were collected from the drainage canal of Mailiao Industrial Plant in April, June, July 2006. Three sample sites located at the drainage canal of east-southern water gate、the southern water gate 6 and the southern new Plant 7. The benthic algal composition, its diversity and GI index of those three collecting sites were compared. A total of 19 algal genera were indentified, including 2 genera of Cyanophyceae、6 genera of Chlorophyceae, 9 genera of Bacillariophyceae、2 genera of Euglenophyceae. In Apirl, the dominant algal genus of the east-southern water gate and the southern new Plant 7 were Oscillatoria. In the other two months, the dominant algal genera of the three sample sites were diatoms. The results revealed that the diatoms were the dominant algal genera of the drainage canal. In this study, the highest diatom biomass of those three months was in July, and 91.6% of its total biomass. The algal relative abundance of the east-southern water gate was the most abundance and its amount was up to 1.53×104 cells/cm2. The highest average GI was 10.87 at the east-southern water gate, the secondary was 5.84 at the southern water gate 6 and the lowest average GI is 2.07 at the southern new Plant 7. The GI indices were decreasing from upstream to downstream. During our sampling period for test on H’ diversity indices, the monthly statistics was below 2. Especially on April, the water quality was most polluted. The H’ diversity was below 0.53 (The lowest statistics number). For our sampling period in 3 difference sites, all statistics number was pointing out that, the southern new Plant 7 was lowest. That means'' the southern new Plant 7 is most polluted comparing within our sampling sites. In April, the amounts concentration of NO3¯and NO2¯ was 13.89 ppm which was higher than the amounts concentration in June and July, 0.48 ppm and 0.25 ppm, respectively. The highest PO4¯ concentration was 4.71 ppm in Aprl, the secondary was 2.61 ppm in June and the lowest was 2.29 ppm in July.
