摘要: 中文摘要 齲齒為常見之口腔疾病,也是人類古老疾病之ㄧ,轉醣鏈球菌為蛀牙之主要病原細菌,此菌可產生黏稠性多醣體附著於牙齒表面形成牙斑,可分解碳水化合物產生酸破壞牙齒琺瑯質,並引起齲齒,因此減少口腔內轉醣鏈球菌之數量或避免該菌群集於牙齒表面可降低齲齒之發生。本試驗擬探討具有解熱、抗發炎之黃芩、海金沙、魚腥草、枇杷葉、茵陳蒿、天門冬等六種中草藥萃取物對轉醣鏈球菌之抑制作用。利用酒精與水(1:1)之混合液進行中草藥之萃取,進一步將初萃取液減壓濃縮之方式去除酒精,所獲得之濃縮萃取液再以雙層瓊脂法進行對轉醣鏈球菌抑制試驗,結果顯示,供試之中草藥中,以黃芩與海金沙對轉醣鏈球菌抑制效果最佳,魚腥草次之,其中以黃芩與海金沙之萃取物對轉醣鏈球菌15256之抑制圈大小分別為0.21公分與0.66公分最顯著,而進一步將黃芩萃取液以低溫濃縮機濃縮4倍後,其抑制圈大小可增加為0.46公分。在牙得安、齒可健牙粉不同濃度試驗中,以1/2、1/4、1/8抑菌效果最好。另以海金沙萃取液處理2分鐘後,轉醣鏈球菌即失去活性,由此可知其抑菌能力大於黃芩。本試驗並以過濾後中藥與加熱處理後中藥進行研究,發現其隨著過濾和加熱處理而有降低的現象。 關鍵詞:齲齒、轉醣鏈球菌、牙菌斑、牙得安、齒可健、植物萃取物
Abstract Caries is one of the most popular oral disease,Streptococcus mutans is the major pathogenic bacteria involved in caries,that can produce sticky polysaccharides attaching on tooth surface and forming dental plaque. It also decomposites carbohydrates into acid compounds that will destroy dentin, enamel and reverts in forming caries .Therefore, reducing the number of S. mutans in oral cavity can prevent this event . Chinese herb of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi ,Houttuynia cordata Thunb, Lygodiumjaponicum (Thumb.)Sw,Eriobotrya japanica(Thunb.) Lindl, Vigna umbellate, Artemisia capillaris Thunb and Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr. are used in this study.Dry materials are extracted with alcohol and water (1/1),and condensed rotary vaccum evaporator . Bilayer agar method are used to examine the bacteriocidal effect of extracts on the S. mutans lines of 10793,15256,15258,5252and 7691.The results show that inhibition zone of S. mutans in 10793.15256 and 15258 of S. mutans. inhibition zone of S. mutans 15256 in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is 0.21 cm width,and Lygodiumjaponicum(Thumb.)Sw. is the best 0.66 cm respectively. Moreover,4 times condense extract of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi , the clearance of zone width may expand to 0.46 cm.Besides,commercial tooth powder In different test with YA-DR-AN and CHI-KO-KAN, are test for the best dilute concentration of 2. 4. 8 folds. The extract of Lygodium japonicum (Thumb.)Sw has inhibitory effect to S. mutans better than Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi . The agility get lost soon after treatment for 2 minutes.
