摘要: 中 文 摘 要 面對中國經濟的崛起,紙器包裝機械產業的競爭,無可避免的是競爭情勢越來越激烈,然而面對中國等新興國家擴大市場的需求,又是紙器包裝機械產業進行轉型與產業升級的最佳時機,如何提升產業的競爭力,以及奠定產業的發展策略,是當前重要的課題。故就產業關鍵成功的因素來探討,得到產業發展過程中的關鍵因素做為基礎,進而萃取其中的關鍵成功因素,做為紙器包裝機械產業的競爭力分析,以及產業未來發展策略的參考。 本研究綜合相關文獻得知,關鍵成功因素是產業分析時需先考量的要素,也是管理中重要的控制變項,以產業價值鏈、功能政策、及五種管理構面因素,即生產、行銷、人力資源、研究發展、財務等作為本研究之構面因素。在探討紙器包裝機械產業的關鍵成功因素時,考量產業的特性以及企業型態,所以選擇用適合且較廣泛的五項管理構面,並綜合文獻所彚整而成的因素,訪問紙器包裝機械產業業主、高階經理人、專家學者整理出16項因素,再加以分析萃取紙器包裝機械產業的關鍵成功因素。 紙器包裝機械產業的16項關鍵因素,研究方法為;採用層級分析建立層級架構,應用Sheu(2004)提出AHP-based 分析法,萃取紙器包裝機械產業之關鍵成功因素,藉此做為業者未來發展參考,依排序為:1.顧客口碑的品牌銷售、2.經營管理團隊的建立、3.標準化生產流程管理、4.整廠設計規劃的產品組合、5 在地化銷售服務系統及6 存貨與應收帳款管理等,共6個因素為紙器包裝機械產業中的關鍵成功因素。 本研究綜合上述的6項關鍵成功因素,結論為以快速確實的服務系統為中心,嬴得顧客口碑的品牌銷售;以顧客服務為主的生產計劃,進而為其量身訂做((Build to Oder))的產品組合,做全方位的規劃服務,這是台灣產業特有的專長:整合的能力,所以整合中西經濟文化的差異性,建構中西經濟貿易交流的平台,是紙器包裝機械產業升級的新契機,如何借力使力,「力」利中國等新興國家。 最後,本研究認為無論是生產、銷售、服務、研發、財務等的功能管理,都是要以有效率的執行力來落實,方能達到效益。然而;執行力的落實,必須要「人」才能實現,而所指的「人」並非是一個人,而是一個組織或是一個團隊,而且是一個有效率有紀律的經營管理團隊,才能實現企業的發展策略與願景,且持之以恆永續經營。
Abstract Facing of China''s economic rise, paperware packaging machinery industry's competition, it is inevitable that the market becomes more and more intense competitive conditions. China, one of the emerging countries, expands its internal demand. This is critical to know how to increase the competitive advantage and establish a growing strategy to transform the corrugated papewarer packaging machinery industry to a better stage at this moment. Therefore, the key success factor for industry to explore is to put development process as a basis, then extract the key success factors, as Paperware packaging machinery industry, competitive analysis, and industry development strategy for the future reference. From studying of the several literatures, we have known that the successful element is the first factor that we shall consider about. This is also the important control variable of management. Industry value chain and structure factors, functional policies, production, marketing, human resources, research and development and financial dimensions are the main categories in this studying. Before analyzing the industry key success factors, we shall also consider and define the industry characteristics and the size of the business. So we use broader dimensions of the five sections of the management, and combine the key elements from the literatures, visiting Paperware packaging machinery companies, owners, senior managers, experts. We sorted out the 16 factors with couple of analysis of extracted Paperware packaging machinery industry as the basis of this studying. Paperware packaging machinery industry, 16 key factors, research methods; using to establish hierarchical structure, the application Sheu (2004) proposed AHP-based analysis, extraction Paperware Packaging Machinery Industry critical success factors to the future development of the industry as a reference. By order as: 1. customer word of mouth brand sales, 2. the establishment of the management team, 3. standardized production process management, 4. the whole plant design and planning of the product portfolio, 5. local marketing and service stations, 6. management of inventory and accounts receivable, as the six key successful factors in Paperware Packaging machinery industry. With the synthesis of these six key success factors, we can conclude the quick response service system is the center to win the brand loyalty from customers; customer service-oriented production plan to tailor for every single customer (Build to Oder) with complete service, which is the Taiwan's expertise. This great ability can integrate Chinese and Western economy and culture by building a trading platform for both parties. Taiwan is facing this new opportunity and the important moment to transform. How to leverage the power and gain the benefit from the emerging market is crucial. Finally, efficient and effective method is the key to apply these elements to the business management. However; execution of the implementation are all based on "human” but here includes not a single person but people, teams. To manage a team efficiently and effectively is the way to achieve the corporation goal and run the sustainable business.
