摘要: 近來FDI的議題受到學術界以及實務界的矚目,目前開發中國家受到大量的國外企業湧入投資,而這些跨國企業正是開發中國家FDI的主要來源,中國目前正是世界上第三大的FDI投入國,也是開發中國家最多的。當外國企業進入中國投資時,其所受到的外在環境影響,過去一直很少被探討,並有系統的整理。而中國其獨特的社會文化背景,使其環境影響力更加的複雜、難以歸納。當企業進行FDI時,除了地主國的非正式體制影響外,企業也會受到上、下游通路成員的影響,即使供應鏈成員不在當地。在全球營運的背景下,企業活動及資源的協調相對於複雜且麻煩,因為買、賣雙方的距離越來越大,他們對彼此影響力的消長也相當令人好奇。 藉由調查地主國當地的「社群環境影響力」以及來自國外供應鏈成員的「直接影響力」,透過比較來了解何者對企業決策的影響較顯著,並且會直接或間接地反應在其績效上。本研究亦發展出一套理論模型,能檢測其地主國的社會影響力,以及來自於供應鏈成員的強制影響力。探討外在體制環境的影響力來了解企業與外在環境之間的互動關係及關聯,並透過企業的關係投資決策以及企業內部資源的配置來了解企業的行為模式。並藉由探討當企業投資於中國時所受到的影響力,透過比較來了解影響力的效果,以及其反應出的績效為何。透過觀察關係投資決策及企業內部資源,提供企業主一個重新檢視企業資源分配決策的內省觀點。 本實證研究透過台灣傳統產業其投資中國生產製造之經驗訪談,取得有效本共101份,之後藉由SPSS統計軟體來分樣本資訊,並利用PLS路徑分析軟體取得模型路徑檢定。 本研究結果與建議可了解中國其體制環境對企業的供應鏈策略以及組織資源配置的影響,並藉由供應鏈關係投資對企業資源決策的影響,以及組織資源配置的角度來檢視企業的產品品質。並根據分析結果,提出相關建議,做為未來欲進入中國投資之企業對於企業決策、行為之依據,並針對未來研究方向提出建議。
