摘要: 補教機構的知識管理之研究 -以 台中某兒童美語補習班為例 摘要 「知識管理」的議題,近十多年來已成學界及企業界的顯學,確實對提升企業的競爭優勢,產生實質的效益,補教業既是知識傳播的機構,其對知識管理的運作模式自是值得探討。本研究經由個案兒童美語補習班深入訪談與資料收集研究,將知識管理的特質與分類之後,接著探討補教機構在其組織內部知識的建構、儲存、擴散等流程,再根據知識特質與知識分類的關係,知識分類與知識建構的關係,最後因為不同的知識特質與分類,有不同的建構、擴散與儲存的方式。所要達成的知識管理程序有兩個構面:一是知識建構至知識儲存,另一是知識儲存至知識擴散,據此以提升知識管理的效益。透過本文,期能對補教業者在知識管理的運作功能提供深入的解析,以提供業者或有志經營補教事業的人士做為營運上的參考,俾能提高此一行業的競爭力。 [關鍵詞]:知識特質、知識分類、知識建構、知識擴散、知識儲存
A Study of Knowledge Management of Organization of Education Supplementary –A Kids English Supplementary School in Taichung City as an Example Abstract Knowledge management has become an important issue for businesses and scholars in the last decade. Knowledge management has improved firm’s competitive advantage. Supplementary schools are organizations that broadcast knowledge, therefore its processes of managing knowledge is worth discussing and analyzing. This research interviews and gathers data from a kids English supplementary school, then analyzes and classifies its characteristics of knowledge management. Furthermore, this research also examines the internal organizations’ operational processes of construction, storage, and expansion. From analyzing the relationship between knowledge characteristics and knowledge classification and the relationship between knowledge classification and knowledge construction, this research found that different knowledge characteristics and classifications have different construction, extension, and storage processes. The required knowledge management processes have two perspectives. The first is from knowledge construction to knowledge storage, and the other is from knowledge storage to knowledge expansion. The main purpose of this research is to provide a thorough analysis of the knowledge management processes of supplementary school in order to increase the competitiveness of the industry. 【Key words】: Knowledge characteristics; Knowledge classifications, Knowledge construction; Knowledge storage, Knowledge expansion
