摘要: 21世紀的今天面對地球的日益暖化、環境的變遷、氣候的異常,節能減碳與地球永續成了全球人類共同關注的議題,目前台灣對於二氧化碳的減量,其中最具有實質成效的就是營建業對於建築的設計規劃、材料取得運用,讓建材使用中的生命週期可以降低且減少對地球環境的破壞與負擔,本研究對綠建材規範的制定與綠色行銷運用並結合,以此達到人們生活環境的人本健康與生態維護、材料的再生與再利用和高性的能節能與節源,這些都是履行綠色建材的精神,而「綠色」是指對環境永續發展的貢獻。營建業是個高耗能的產業,從材料的生產運輸及完工與完工後的使用,各階段能源消耗所排放的二氧化碳竟高佔全國二氧化碳排放量的28%,這已嚴重影響自然環境回復機制,由此可知綠建材的綠色行銷概念對於傳統的建材產業所帶來的嚴重衝擊是值得我們探討的。「綠色行銷」乃是將環保訴求的理念與做法運用在各種行銷活動中,由此深入企業文化及企業社會責任的一環而做出的一項行銷手段。因此綠建材的研發與綠色行銷最能表現出台灣節能減碳與庶民經濟發展的指標。
Melting warmly day by day in the face of the earth today in the 21st century, changes of the environment, climate are unusual, it becomes global mankind''s common concerned topics on energy-conservation, reduced carbon and the continuity of earth. Decrements in carbon dioxide in Taiwan at present have essential effects on building design planning, material in building obtain and use which enable the lifespan in the use of building materials to reduce and reduce destruction to the earth environment and burden, the formulation that this research is normal to green building materials uses and combines with green marketing. Therefore, green building materials be able to make people health and maintain ecology. All these are the spirit of fulfilling green building materials and green logistics referred to the contributions to the continuing development forever in environment “green“. The building industry is a highly energy-consuming industry, the use after the production of the material is transported and completed, the carbon dioxide that the energy consumption discharged was 28% which accounted for the national emission of carbon dioxide high unexpectedly at every stages, this has already influenced the natural environment to reply the mechanism seriously, know green building materials getting green to on sale throughout concept to traditional building materials serious impact industry bring to worth that we probe into very. “Green marketing” uses idea and method that environmental protection demand in various activities of marketing, therefore deepening the corporate culture and enterprise''s social responsibility becomes green marketing methods. So the research and development of green marketing for the green building materials can display and issue the indicators of reducing carbons and common people''s economic development of energy-conservation.
