摘要: 台灣的半導體產業每年的產值約佔全球半導體產業的百分之二十,具有相當重要的地位。在台灣而言,半導體產業也是投資發展的重要方向及重大投資的事業項目,如果台灣的半導體產業各公司的營運績效不好,對於台灣的經濟影響非常重大,例如:例如:2008~2009年期間,因為金融海嘯的因素,造成台灣部分半導體製造公司平均每天的虧損金額高達上億元,這對於公司的營運而言,是相當沈重的包袱,對台灣而言也是非常重大的經濟影響。 本研究是以資產報酬率(ROA)的概念來進行半導體產業的財務資料分析。以資料包絡分析法(DEA)評估台灣半導體產業63家上市櫃公司的營運效率、營運效果與營運績效的關係。並透過公司財務面、營運績效面及作業環境面等三方面七個風險指標的選擇,進行營收風險因子的相關性探討,透過迴歸分析模式的建立,來了解與影響公司營收有關的風險因子為何? 研究結果顯示,2005至2009年期間半導體產業中以台積電公司的營運績效為最佳。再分析該產業之營運效率、營運效果及營運績效間的關係,發現營運效果與營運績效的相關係數0.9大於營運效率與營運績效的相關係數0.81,表示營運效果相較於營運效率而言,對於營運績效的表現更為重要。而迴歸分析結果顯示,營運績效、負債總額、負債比、品質管理系統、環境管理系統是會直接影響公司營業收入淨額,且其R2=89.8% (p<0.0001)。因此,我們可以利用營運績效、負債總額、負債比、管理系統實施等資料作為影響公司營業收入淨額的風險因子。
The annual productivity of Taiwan Semiconductor Industry occupies twenty percent of the Goble Semiconductor industry. Taiwan semiconductor industry, a very important investing direction and industry, plays an important position in the world. If the semiconductor industry companies have the bad operation performance, it impacts a lot on Taiwan economic. For example, some of the semiconductor companies have large economic loss during financial crisis between 2008 and 2009. It is a difficult operation to economic loss companies, and has a big economic impact to Taiwan. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate operating performance and risk for 63 listed companies from semiconductor industry in Taiwan using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) based on the Return on Asset (ROA), a ratio commonly discussed in financial analysis. The evaluation process involves two steps: (1) Step 1 using DEA to measure the operating efficiency, operating effectiveness and operating performance of semiconductor industry in Taiwan. (2) Step 2 using regression analysis to measure the relationship of the net income and operating risk indicators. The empirical result of this thesis indicates that there is high relationship between the operating effectiveness and operating performance. Also the correlation is 0.9 and the regression analysis result is R2=89.8% (p<0.0001). Therefore, we can use the indicators such operation performance, the total debt, the debt ratio and ISO realization as the risk items.
