摘要: 印刷業是一個存在已久的產業,伴隨著經濟的成長而興盛,隨著景氣蕭條而衰退,雖是傳統行業,但在網路普及、數位科技的帶動下,已成為科技產業的一環。 近年來由於國內產業環境快速變遷,產業結構變化迅速。尤其是數位印刷技術的變革,合版印刷的興起,網路寬頻的普及下,使得印刷業者遭遇到前所未見的挑戰。印刷經營者莫不苦思如何因應採取必要之經營對策。如何尋找新的核心能力,或是在既有的核心能力基礎上加以延伸,創造出新的經營模式,成為當前印刷業之經營課題。環顧近年來的數位化風潮,對整個印刷生產流程影響最大的莫過於印前作業系統:從手工繪製原稿、拼製版到封閉式的彩色電子印前系統,再到如今開放式架構下的印前作業流程,以及印刷及印後加工,皆因數位化與自動化使得製程有效的縮短。 現在的印刷業所欠缺的不在於技術能力的缺乏,也不在於資金動能的不足,所欠缺的只是正確與創新的觀念。由於國內印刷廠在原有市場飽和後,所產生削價競爭的惡鬥現象造成極度競爭,一味地削價競爭並不能提昇企業之競爭力,企業經營者應當致力於企業本身核心能力的提升,以外包型態向外尋求其他資源的配合,達到垂直整合的效益,滿足客戶多樣化的需求。 未來的競爭不再是產品與產品之間的競爭,而是企業與企業之間能力的競爭。本研究將就目前印刷產業的環境面、客戶的需求面、印刷供給面來探討以下幾個問題: 1. 印刷產業由垂直分工轉型成垂直整合模式之探討 2. 印刷垂直整合模式之失衡現象分析 3. 印刷產業之新經營模式探討:平台服務 關鍵字:交易成本,外包,策略聯盟,網絡關係
