摘要: 台灣為因應WTO之規範,藉以降低許多的貿易障礙,然而此舉卻也使得各國的電容器產品可較過去更輕易地進入台灣市場,而且產品的定位從高價到低價皆有,造成國內市場競爭激烈。本研究擬以甲公司為例,探討甲公司在如此激烈之競爭環境下,如何在資源不足且以一個後進者的角色背景之下,成功的運用策略切入到電力電容器市場。 隨後進一步介紹甲公司在面臨到市場既有大廠之規模經濟的壓力之下,其如何成功的運用利基型企業的成長策略,成功的躲開大廠的威脅;以及最後如何透過多個利基市場的佈局以及產業角色定位的改變,進而達到公司永續成長之功。具體而言,本研究主要探討下列三項議題: 1.影響企業資源之動因為何?(中小企業如何透過本身資源能力之運用,藉以達到企業成長之目的) 2.企業如何建構與延伸核心能耐 3.企業策略定位的轉變,對公司能耐發展的影響
Because of the World Trade Organization regulation, Taiwan must be reduce much trade barriers. But it makes the foreign capacitors entry Taiwan easier. Then the capacitors price range from high-end to low-end, it makes competes intensely in domestic market. The research discuss corporate 甲 of market follower how to operate and entry in the power capacitors successfully when it deficient in resource. Then the research discuss corporate甲 how to use niche strategy successfully、avoid competitor、entry several niche markets and change the role position in the industry for long-term growth when it faces the industry leader threat. Finally, as follows shows the research three main topics respectively. 1.What is the main motivation of influence corporate resource? (The Business how to use self resource and capability for growth.) 2.The business how to construct and extend core competence. 3.The transformation of business strategy position how to influence competence development.
