The globalization and new technology flows have been selected as subject and has been discussed oftenly in recent year, as well as the the coopetition and knowledge sharing in the subsidiaries of a multinational corporation become a matter of great important. Under the perspective of knowledge sharing within the multinational corporation, this study investigates the effectiveness of decision making centralization of the willingness to the knowledge shareing. Internal knowledge sharing within a multinational corporation requires formal hierarchial structure and informal lateral relations as coordination mechanisms. Using a multinational corporate, this paper investigates the interactions coordination between corporate and subsidiaries.
