摘要: 台灣醫療器材產業發展與歐美相比相對較晚,現今仍在萌芽時期,大部分還得仰賴進口;在台灣此產業的終端需求者醫療院所發展已經到成熟階段,並且面臨激烈競壓力,無不利用有限資源維持競爭優勢。另一方面台灣醫療器材供應商多屬中小企業,在致力於產品發展同時,鮮少全方位探討整個供應鏈的交易問題,更遑乎在交易過程中產生的交易成本。 本研究從購買端也就是醫療院所觀點,並以交易成本理論為出發點,探討醫療器材交易過程中,產生交易成本的因素,及其與交易成本之間的關係,並用關係構面為兩者間的調節變數,舉出關係行銷的兩個變項,信任和承諾為兩個調節變數,進而提出一整合模型。此實證研究依台灣北中南醫療院所人員為調查對象,採用人員發放並當場回收問卷方式進行資料搜集,有少部分人員因為工作繁忙,採用郵寄方式回收,共回收有效問卷 155份。藉由因素分析分析因素的變異量,皮爾森相關係數、迴歸分析進行統計資料分析。 實證結果顯示交易成本影響因素資訊不對稱、投機主義和目標不一致影響交易成本,其三者對交易成本正向程度大小為資訊不對稱大於目標不一致大於投機主義。關係構面之信任和承諾對交易成本因素分別有強弱不一樣的調整作用。信任對目標不一致與投機主義負向調整不顯著;承諾對目標不一致及投機主義負面調整顯著;承諾與信任對資訊不對稱沒有負向調節效果。
Compared with Europe and America, Taiwan medical device industry has been developed much later. It is still on the initial stage for nowadays. Most still have to depend on importing. The end-user, including hospitals or clinics, have developed maturely in this industry in Taiwan and also face the critical competition stress. All attempt to maintain their competition by using only limit resources. On the other hand, the medical device suppliers mostly are small and medium enterprises. They have been devoted on the product developing, but rarely consider the transaction problem of the whole supply chain fully at the same time, not to mention the transaction cost incurred from the transaction. The study, through the view point of demand side, including hospitals and clinics, and based on transaction cost theory, explores the factors causing trade cost and its relationship with the transaction cost in the transaction. We use two variables, trust and commitment to be moderators in the integrate model. This empirical study is taking the personnel of Taiwan north, middle and south hospitals and clinics as survey targets Most of the questionnaire were response on the spot, but some of them were response by mail. The total valid questionnaires collected account for 155. Through factors analysis to analyze the factors variance, and through Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression analysis to proceed statistic analysis. Empirical result shows transaction cost influencing factors include information dissymmetry, opportunism and goal discord influencing transaction cost, three of which come to the order in positive degree against transaction cost as follows. Information dissymmetry is bigger than goal discord, bigger than opportunism. Trust and commitment of the relationship to the factors of transaction cost separately have different adjustment function, weekly or strongly. Trust to goal discord and opportunism is not evident in negative adjustment; commitment to goal discord and opportunism is evident; commitment and trust to information dissymmetry take no effect on negative adjustment.
