摘要: 近年來國內企業對企業社會責任已受到高度重視,履行企業社會責任儼然成為企業獲利及永續經營的重要指標。而企業社會責任對社會形象之正面助益及有效提升企業競爭力,因此企業社會責任是企業成長和產業發展的一個規範,引領企業走入正確的方向、軌道及追求終極目標的關鍵助力,亦是企業永續經營的地圖。本研究主要探討台灣中部某一公司的企業社會責任模式,以個案公司之實際情況為例,探討該公司積極參與有意義之企業社會責任各項活動,掌握市場脈動,使企業組織、流程更具有彈性,產品、服務更滿足顧客的需求。同時期望藉由企業社會責任活動之履行,建構聲譽資本,進而形成安全網及機會平台,降低經營風險,提高企業永續力及競爭力,並獲得長遠的效益,提供企業發展的機會,評估個案公司於企業社會責任活動之履行過程中的執行績效、可獲致之效益、所遇之障礙與克服方式,以創造企業獨特之核心企業價值及核心能耐。享受企業社會責任帶來的綜效,同時為企業永續經營建構最佳整合性解決方案。
Domestic business in recent years, corporate social responsibility has been attached great importance to corporate social responsibility and corporate profits has become an important indicator of sustainability. The corporate social responsibility and social image of the positive benefits to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises effectively. Therefore, corporate social responsibility is business growth and industrial development of a standardized, leading businesses into the right direction, track and pursue the ultimate goal of critical help, also is a map of business continuity. This study focused on the actual case of corporate social responsibility of a company in central Taiwan as an example the case company. Active participation of the company''s corporate social responsibility, meaningful activities, to grasp market trends, make business organization, process more flexibility, product, service to meet customer needs. By the same time hope to fulfill corporate social responsibility activities, build reputation capital, and thus form a safety net and the opportunity platform. Reduce business risk and improve the company''s continued strength and competitiveness, and access to long-term effectiveness and to provide opportunities for enterprise development. Assessment of the case company''s corporate social responsibility activities in the course of implementation of the operational performance can be achieved by the effectiveness of the obstacles encountered and overcome the way to create a unique business value of core business and core competence. Corporate Social Responsibility brings to enjoy the synergies, while building the best integrated business continuity solutions.
