摘要: 現今科技的快速發展以及電腦普及化,印刷產業的技術與過去比較已經有相當大的改善,其生產與研發設備上之升級與創新,在現今已有了顯著且呈現快速的成長。但是網際網路之發達以及電子書的出現,印刷產業在經營上面臨了許多不同的挑戰。 為了提升印刷產業的競爭力以及推行永續經營發展,台灣印刷產業的業者致力於持續改善印刷產業的工作流程,加強企業內部之管理,以因應外部環境之改變。此外,台灣印刷業者也需積極提升印刷產業的服務品質並發展印刷產業的新技術,以因應印刷產業內與外部的競爭挑戰。 而平衡計分卡組成四個構面,分別為財務、顧客、企業內部流程及學習與成長,可以幫助管理階層,把企業的願景與策略變成一套前後連貫的績效量度,並藉此整合以促使策略及願景的達成,進而提出台灣印刷產業之開創新市場之經營策略。 本研究依照平衡計分卡之四個構面,進行印刷產業開創新市場之策略分析,並且獲得其結論與提供印刷產業開創新市場之建議,共提出八點結論與建議:(1)政府人才培育補助、(2)進行客製化服務、(3)提升產品品質、(4)設立專案訓練人才、(5)激勵員工增加績效、(6)進行垂直整合與策略聯盟、(7)企業進行轉型、(8)產品多樣化發展。
Nowadays, printing industry has advanced into the era of digital technologies due to rapid technology development and computer popularization. But the widespread application of internet and the popularization of e-books also bring new challenges for the industry. Therefore, in addition to continuous improvement on operational procedure and enterprise internal management to deal with the internal and external competitive changes of the environment, it is also required to improve the service quality and the development of new technology in order to enhance competitiveness and sustain industrial development. The four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard, financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth, help managers integrate the company''s vision and strategy into a coherent performance measures. This integration not only facilitates the development of strategy and vision, but also proposes the new market business strategy for printing industry in Taiwan. In accordance with the four dimensions of the BSC, this thesis conducts strategy analysis to open up new market and proposes eight conclusions and suggestions for the printing industry: (1) personnel training allowance from government, (2) customized services, (3) product quality improvement, (4) personnel training project, (5) employee motivation to increase performance, (6) vertical integration and strategic alliances, (7) company transformation (8) product diversification.
