摘要: 本研究寄望透過賽局理論來探討除了消費者風險偏好程度與商品品質差異外,不同消費者在不同的退貨成本下,廠商究竟該採取何種的退貨政策對廠商最有利。本研究在基本模型當中,先討論廠商因消費者退貨成本的不同、採取不同的退貨政策。而在延伸模型中,討論製造商因消費者退貨成本的不同、採取不同的換貨政策。研究結果顯示,製造商確實可以透過退貨政策與換貨政策的不同,達到對消費者有不同的差別取價與市場區隔的效果。
This study is using Game Theory to discover the return policies for different hassle costs of the different consumers. In the basic model, we study that the manufactories use return policies by refund to different kind of consumers. In the extand model, we study that the manufactories use return policies by swapping new goods to different kind of consumers.。The study result shows that manufactories can use return policies by refund or swapping new goods to get differential pricing and target market effect.
