dc.description.abstract本研究以聖誕紅‘Freedom’及營養系‘FO 90-3’為試驗材料。利用單節扦插繁殖種苗,再以密閉式養液栽培系統,配合含chlormequat的羊毛脂膏以生產迷你型聖誕紅盆花。試驗中並以莖頂插穗、無土介質及不施用矮化劑的栽培方式作為對照。 聖誕紅單節插穗處理NAA 0.5 g/kg或IBA 1 g/kg粉劑,發根率及萌芽率皆可達96%以上。隨著植物生長素處理濃度增加則會抑制腋芽的萌發。插穗節位也會影響不定根生成及腋芽萌發,取由上而下第4至第7節位之插穗,其發根率及萌芽率皆可100%。以不同濃度Hoagland養液栽培聖誕紅單節扦插苗,若以2倍濃度栽培,株高減少了約16 %,但樹冠直徑及轉色面積轉色面積則不受影響,因此樹冠直徑/株高比值可達2.23。Hoagland養液中低磷肥(15.5 mg/l,0.5倍)處理可矮化聖誕紅之株高,約可減少10 %,且樹冠直徑及轉色部位面積亦會減少。聖誕紅單節扦插苗分別以養液栽培及無土介質栽培,養液栽培之盆花除了植株高度較高,其他部分生長則無差異性,且節間雖較長但皆可控制在0.8cm以下,因此樹冠直徑/株高比值皆可達2.1以上。分別以聖誕紅莖頂扦插苗及單節扦插苗進行養液栽培,莖頂扦插栽培之盆花除了總節數多了4~5節,株高方面平均約高了2cm以上。在聖誕紅單節插穗的芽體上塗抹含chlormequat 1 g/kg羊毛脂膏,其所生成不定根數較多,且最長根長也較長。而以2 g/kg以上處理則苞片及轉色部位面積顯著減少減少。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study poinsettia ‘Freedom' and ‘FO 90-3' clone were used. Mini poinsettias were produced by single-node cuttings cultured in a closed liquid culture system and combined with chlormequat paste. Shoot tip cuttings cultured in soilness lanolin mixture were used as control. When single-node cuttings treated with NAA 0.5 g/kg or IBA 1 g/kg powder, the rooting rate and the sprouting rate of lateral bud were above 96%. As conc. of auxin increased, the sprouting rate of lateral bud decreased. Also, rooting and sprouting were affected by node position. Basipetally, cuttings from 4th to 7th nodes with unfolded leaves had 100% rooting rate and sprouting rate. Single-node cuttings were culture in Hoagland solution at different strength. Double strength of Hoagland solution decreased plant height, however, the canopy diameter and colored area were the same as those of cuttings cultured in Hoagland solution. Therefore the ratio of canopy diameter/plant height could reach to 2.23. Decreasing phosphorus conc. to half strength also decreased 10% of plant height, canopy diameter and colored area. To compare with the culture system for single-node cuttings, cuttings in hydroponics system grew higher than in soilness mixture, although the intern ode of plant in hydroponics system was less than 0.8 cm. Therefore, the ratio of canopy diameter/plant height was larger than 2.1. When shoot tip cuttings or single-node cuttings cultured in hydroponics system, the former was 2 cm taller and 4-5 nodes more than the later. When 1 g/kg of chlormequat paste was painted on lateral bud of single-node cutting, the rooting rate and the length of the longest root were enhanced. However, when lateral bud was painted chlormequat paste of 2 g/kg the area of bracts and colored leaves decreased.en_US
