摘要: 春作甜椒銘星品種試驗分別以 3、5及 7片本葉經室溫生長及日夜溫 18/12℃低溫處理 5、10及 15天,指出隨苗齡的增加,調查各園藝性狀皆 隨之增加。二溫度間,以室溫 25.6/17.3℃生長顯著高於經日夜溫 18/12℃處理之苗株。苗株的 葉數、節間數、株高、葉面積、地上及地下 部乾重經溫度處理天數的增加呈顯著 的增加。 秋作甜椒銘星及藍星品種之 2、4及 6週苗齡經2週 18/12℃低溫處理 2週 和 3、5及 7週苗齡經 1週低溫處理後,與置於 31.2/23.4℃室溫下生長 之苗株為 對照組者進行比較。二品種間,除節間數、莖徑、地下部鮮重 及乾重外,苗株的 株高、葉面積、地上部鮮重及地上部乾重,皆以銘星 品種為最高。隨苗齡增加, 苗株各園藝性狀皆有增加的趨勢,但隨溫度 處理週數的增加,調查苗株各園藝性 狀上,皆以低溫處理 2週顯著小於 低溫處理 1週及室溫生長者。 評估春作銘星品種地 下部乾重/地上部乾重於苗齡、溫度及溫度處理天數上皆無顯著差異。在 莖徑/株高比值上,隨苗齡增加亦隨之增加;溫度間以低溫處理顯著大於 室溫生長者;溫度處理天數間,以溫度處理 5天的 0.16為最高。苗株的 壯苗相對指數上,隨苗齡及溫度處理天數的增加,皆有顯著的增加,溫度 則以室溫 生長顯著大於低溫處理者。 評估秋作地下部乾重/地上部乾重和壯苗相對指數,在品種及溫度處理週 數間並無顯著差異。隨苗齡的增加地下部乾重/地上部乾重比有下降的趨 勢,而壯苗相對指數,則以 6週苗齡的 0.10顯著大於 4及 8週苗齡的 0.01及 0.07。評估苗株的莖徑/株高,以藍星品種的 0.20大於銘星品種 的 0.17,苗齡間以 4週苗齡顯著大於 6及 8週苗齡,溫度處理週數則以 日夜溫 18/12℃低溫處理 2週為最大。 春作定植後始花日及 50%始花日,以日夜溫 18/12℃低溫處理者較室溫生長 晚約 2至 3天開花 ,苗齡及溫度處理天數間並無顯著差異。定植後分枝高度以低 溫處理的 20.8cm顯著低於室溫生長的 22.7cm,隨苗齡的增加,定植後分枝高度 亦 隨之增加,溫度處理天數間隨溫度間的不同而有不同的表現。 秋作定植後始花日及 50%始花日皆以銘星品種較藍星品種早開花,苗齡間 以 8週苗齡定植後始花日及 50%始花日顯著早於 4及 6週苗齡者,在溫 度處理週數 間,以日夜溫 18/12℃低溫處理 1週為最早開花,而以低溫 處理 2週為最晚開花 。定植後分枝高度於品種、苗齡及溫度處理週數間 皆呈顯著差異,分便數隨苗齡 的下降有增加的趨勢,以 4週苗齡的 2.3顯著大於 8週苗齡的 2.0。 甜椒銘星及藍星品種石蠟 切片觀察試驗中,分化初期銘星品種兩片本葉期已 具有花芽原始體,藍 星品種則需 3片本葉才見花芽原始體之發育。分化後期至花 瓣形成期, 兩品種在生長上大致相似,分化後期以銘星品種之生長大於藍星品種 。
Seedling at 3, 5 and 7 leaves stage of spring crop sweet pepper cv. Andalus were put under in the growth chamber with (day/night) temperature 18/12℃ and room temperature (25.6/17.3℃) for 5, 10 and 15 days, then transferred to greenhouse under room temperature. The results showed that as leaf stage increased, all of the horticultural characteristics had greater growth. Plant grew under room temperature 25.6/17.3℃ was higher than that under 18/12℃. Number of leaf, number of internode, plant height, leaf area, dry weight of root and shoot plaot part increased as period of treatment increased. Fall crop pepper cv. Andalus and Blue Star of 2, 4 and 6 week- old and 3, 5, and 7 week-old seedlings were treated under 18/12℃ growth chamber and for two/one week, seperately and comparison to seedling grew in greenhouse under room temperature 31.2/23.4℃. Besides number of internode , stem diameter, dry weight and fresh weight of underground plant part, plant height, leaf area, dry weight and fresh weight of shoot of Andalus pepper were higher than those of Blue Star. As age of plant increased, all of the horticultural characteristics of pepper seedling increased. However, as period of temperature treatment increased, all of the horticultural characteristics decreased. In evaluating Andalus pepper in spring season, the effect of seedling age, temperature, period of treatment does not have any significant difference on dry weight of root and shoot part. The ratio of stem diameter/plant height increased as seedling age increased. Low temperature has higher ratio than that of room temperature. The ratio is highest (0.16) in 5 days among the period treatments. Seedling index increased significantly as seedling age and period of temperature treatments increased. It show seedling grown under room temperature had higher value than that of under the low temperature. In evaluating root/shoot ratio dry weight and seedling index of fall crop pepper seeding, no significant difference was found between two cultivars and period of temperature treatment. As the seedling age increased, the ratio of root dry weight/ shoot dry weight decreased. The seedling index was the highest (0.10) on 6 week-old seedling and lower on that (0.01) of 4 week-old seedling and that (0.07) of 8 week-old seedling. The stem diameter/plant height ratio of Blue Star pepper was higher than that of Andalus pepper. The ratio is higher in 4 week-old seedling than those in 6 and 8 week-old seedling among period of treatment. It was highest under low temperature (18/12℃) treatment for 2 weeks among period of treatments. In spring crop sweet pepper, days to flowering and days to 50% plant flowering of low temperature (18/12℃) temperature was 2 to 3 days later than that of room temperature. There was no significant differences on factor of age of seedling and period of temperature treatment. The branching height of low temperature was lower than that of room temperature treatment . It expressed differently as period of temperature treatment changed. In fall crop sweet pepper, days to flowering and days to 50% plant flowering of Andalus pepper was earlier than that of Blue Star pepper. It was earlier in 8 week-old seedling than in that of 4 and 6 week-old seedling. It was the best under low temperature (18/12℃) for 1 week and worst on low temperature for 2 weeks. The effect of cultivar, temperature and period of treatment on branching height was significant. Number of branching number increased as seedling age decreased. In paraffin section observation, 2 leaf stage of Andalus pepper had flower primodium on the early flower development stage, while 3 leaf stage of Blue Star was also observed. It is very similar on the late differentiation till petal forming stage. The growth is quicker in Andalus than that in Blue Star on the last stage of flower differentiation.
