摘要: 本篇以目前台灣文心蘭主要切花品種Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’及Oncidium ‘Volcano Queen’為實驗材料,探討兩者對於磷的需求,並找出岩棉栽培系統中最適合的養液配方。並觀察磷肥施用不同時期後對生長及切花品質的影響。 不同濃度的磷肥對這兩個品種的文心蘭在葉綠素的含量上並沒有大的影響。根活性方面,Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’或是Oncidium’Volcano Queen’進行岩棉栽培十個月之後,以180 ppm及240 ppm處理的表現較好,對Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’小苗來說也是如此。但是不管是葉綠素含量或是根活性,兩個品種都以從出鞘期開始做岩棉栽培的表現最佳。 在植株生長狀況部份,在磷肥濃度較高時,Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’及Oncidium’Volcano Queen’的生育狀況較佳,其中以240 ppm及180 ppm的處理較好。Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’小苗方面,則是300 ppm的處理較佳。 對Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’而言,磷肥因為施用時期的延長所造成的影響並不大。在植體的不同部分,各元素的含量對於磷肥濃度施用增加的反應也不同。Oncidium’Volcano Queen’除對0 ppm的處理有不同反應之外,其餘處理之間的差異在統計上並不明顯。對Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’小苗而言,植體中磷含量除在沒有施用時較低外,其餘處理間在植體的不同部位雖有顯著差異性,但同部位的不同處理間沒有明確的趨勢。 Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’及 Oncidium’Volcano Queen’在瓶插壽命方面,除了沒有磷肥施用會使切花壽命短少兩-三天之外,其他處理間的瓶插壽命是差異性不顯著。切花的品質來說,也是各處理間沒有差異。而因為處理時期的延長,180 ppm及240 ppm的處理使切花有較好的表現。且施用磷肥的期間較長的話。會使吸水量隨瓶插日期下降的情形減緩。在施用磷肥超過兩個月之後,小花唇辦的水分潛勢就有下降的趨勢。然而在沒有施用磷的處理中,小花唇辦的水分潛勢維持很低。而在高濃度的磷肥處理中,水分潛勢較高。 探討同時具有花芽及營養芽的情況下,文心蘭在積儲-供源間的關係,以噴施螯合鐵4 g/l使得營養芽生長最旺盛,而根的生長以硼酸0.1 g/l的處理最旺盛。不噴施硼酸或螯合鐵使切花品質在各方面都較好,而螯合鐵與硼酸都有促進葉片生長的效果,顯示可由外加因素改變文心蘭在同時具有營養芽與花芽時的積儲-供源間關係。 尋找文心蘭在岩棉栽培中適合的養液配方,還必須要配合其他元素的調節以及尋找不同生育階段適合的養液配方。在假球莖的大小或其他方面,岩棉栽培與其他的栽培方式相較,有較好的表現,故岩棉栽培是可加以推廣的栽培方式。 而較適合Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’ and Onc. ‘Volcano Queen’成苗的磷肥濃度為約在180-240 ppm之間。Oncidium’Gower Ramsey’小苗的較適合磷肥濃度約為240 ppm。
Two cultivars Oncidium'Gower Ramsey' and Onc. ‘Volcano Queen' were cropped in differend level of phsosphate solution for hydroponic culture in rockwool. This study was taken to find their requirement of phosphate, find the best formula for hydroponic cultured Oncidium, and observat the effect on growth and cut flower quality of this two Oncidium. Different level of phosphate on Chlorphyll content of these two cultivars of Oncidium did not effect much. As for root activity, after growth on rock wool for ten monthes, Oncidium'Gower Ramsey' and Oncidium'Volcano Queen' have better perform in 180 ppm and 240 ppm, and so did Oncidium'Gower Ramsey'seedling. In growth status, Oncidium'Gower Ramsey' and Oncidium'Volcano Queen' behave better in higher concentration of phosphate, especially in treatment of 240 ppm and 180 ppm;but Oncidium'Gower Ramsey' seedling preferred treatment of 300 ppm. To Oncidium'Gower Ramsey', effect of phosphate level while elongation the culture period was not obvious.In different part of plant, reaction of different phosphate level were different also.Division in differend treatment on Oncidium'Volcano Queen'and Oncidium 'Gower Ramsey' seedling, except in treatment of 0 ppm have lower content of element, other treatments were not effected noticeable. Behaviour of vase life of Oncidium'Gower Ramsey' and Oncidium'Volcano Queen',except treatment of 0 ppm shorten vase life fot 2-3 days,other treatment were not differ significantly. To cut flwer quality, between treatment there were no significantly different.But as culture period elongation, 180 ppm and 240 ppm were present better,and solw down the water uptake decrease.After treatment over two monthes, water potential on flower labellum had a tendency to drop.However, in treatment of 0 ppm, water potential on flower labellum maintains low, in higher level of phosphate treatment, water potential were higher , too. To confer when equip with both nutrition bud and flower bud, relationship of sink-sourse in Oncidium ,treatment of 4 g/l EDTA-Fe have longest leave length, and root activity were hightest under0.1 g/l of B.Cut flower quality were best in CK,while EDTA-Fe and B promote leave growth, indicate that additional factor can change the relationship of sink-source in Oncidium. Fretilily aplaytion need to cooperate with elements proportion and plant conditions, so to find the best formula for Oncidium rockwool culture, need further study.As for the size of pseudobulb and other aspects ,rockwool culture has the better perform than other culture system,it could say that rockwool system is a culture system worth commended.
