Climate change has become an important issue which affect the ecological environment and climate change in general are considered to be global warming, which is mainly due to global warming caused people to seek the advancement of technology and the improvement of quality of life. People choose the constant discharge of industrial gas and the destruction of natural ecosystems. In this case of biological habitat destruction, animal will change the habits of the original or choose a better environment. Black-faced spoonbill is currently listed as one of the world''s endangered species, their breeding and wintering environment environment highly valued by the world, Taiwan is currently wintering spoonbills main habitat and the black-faced spoonbill in Taiwan’s quantity has been affected by the global concern. The black-faced spoonbills are more sensitive to changes in the environment. If the habitat is not suitable, they will choose a better environment. Because climate change lead to signs of a rising global temperatures in recent years, the inference spoonbills breeding or wintering in the future may choose a more northern regions or countries. The questionnaire inquiry approach is to use the amount of enclosed inquiry method of single bounded dichotomous choice method and the method of double-bounded dichotomous choice. Empirical results show that small climate change effects, people are willing to pay is between 660 NTD to 815 NTD; In the large climate change effects, people are willing to pay is between 1614 NTD to 1073 NTD. The sum of all of Taiwan''s population over the age of 20 in small climate change, people are willing to pay is between 15.25 billion NTD to 18.83 billion NTD; In the large climate change effects, people are willing to pay is between 24.79 billion NTD to 37.33 billion NTD. In calculating the price per person is willing to pay, it was found spoonbills in the hearts of the people of Taiwan have a very high value. If Taiwan’s people want to maintain this precious species in future, they need to cooperate with the government make a contribution for black-faced spoonbill conservation.
