標題: ‘福芳’與‘銘星’甜椒嫁接技術及嫁接植株生育之研究

摘要: ‘福芳’及‘銘星’為接穗與不同辣椒砧木品種(品系)之嫁接苗嫁接方法之研究,嫁接砧穗苗齡對嫁接苗之成活率及營養生長之影響,成活率以穗砧苗齡8片葉組合77.1%顯著最低,其他組合為93.8~100%,且處理間差異不顯著。嫁接苗為6片葉砧木苗齡之組合株高顯著最高,8片葉砧木與4片葉接穗植株營養生長顯著最差。以套接及劈接法,穗砧切口部位於子葉上方之嫁接苗生育較各嫁接方法及部位為佳。二氧化碳癒合處理,以‘福芳’及‘銘星’接穗嫁接‘百香’砧之生長性狀表現較佳,以‘美香’砧者為各組合中生長性狀較差者。嫁接苗嫁接處強度隨天數增加而增強,嫁接後9天‘福芳’共砧與‘生生4號’砧之嫁接處強度表現顯著最佳,‘百香’ 及31346砧則顯著最差。葉片蒸散作用以‘百香’、‘生生四號’砧顯著較佳,31346砧顯著最差。‘銘星’接穗與M210101砧嫁接後,隨天數增加穗砧接合處之形成層及其鄰近之維管束部位新生細胞增加,髓部細胞逐漸增生,砧穗接合處產生癒合情形。M210101、31346、‘百香’及‘生生4號’等砧木與‘銘星’接穗嫁接6天後,‘百香’及‘生生4號’砧之髓部癒合較早。‘福芳’秋作,以M210101砧嫁接成活率61.1﹪,‘百香’及‘生生4號’砧者為77﹪,其他砧木者為100﹪。始花期以‘百里香’、‘百香’及‘艷茹’砧顯著較早,其他地上部植株性狀於各穗砧組合無顯著差異。嫁接苗單株果實初期產量及總產量,以‘百香’及‘艷茹’砧較高,‘百里香’及M210101砧之產量為最低。‘福芳’春作嫁接成活率M210101砧為79.3﹪,定植30天之田間存活率,除‘艷茹’砧之94.4%及M210101砧之 88.9%,其他組合皆為100%。始花期以‘百里香’、‘百香’及‘艷茹’砧顯著較早,嫁接植株之株高、節數及地上部鮮乾重以‘百香’及‘生生4號’砧顯著最佳,31346砧及共砧之生育較差。‘百香’砧嫁接苗單株初期產量,總產量及果數為最高,31346、M210101砧及福芳對照植株為顯著最低。‘銘星’春作,‘艷茹’砧之嫁接成活率為79.3﹪,定植30天之田間存活率,除 ‘艷茹’砧之94.4%,其他組合皆為100%。‘銘星’嫁接苗以‘百里香’ 及‘百香’砧之始花期顯著提早六天,單株果實初期產量及總產量以‘百香’砧顯著最高。
Study of grafting method and plant growth on ‘Lucky fragrance' and ‘Andlus' sweet pepper plant grafted on different hot pepper rootstock. The plant growth and graft success rate of grafted pepper plant were effected by scion and rootstock seedling age. The lowest graft success rate was 77.1 % when scion and rootstock having 8 leaves, the others graft success rate was 93.8 ~ 100 %. The plant height of scion and rootstock having 6 leaves was increased. The plant growth of scion and rootstock with 4 and 8 leaves was decreased. The optimum grafting methods were cleft, tube grafting and cutting position as upper epicotyl of scion and rootstock cutting. The plant growth in the combination of ‘Andalus' and ‘Lucky Fragrance' sweet pepper scion grafted on ‘Passion' hot pepper rootstock was the best among the various combination. The graft union breaking force of plant was increased as days after grafting increased. ‘Lucky Fragrance' sweet pepper scion grafted on ‘194' hot pepper rootstock promoted it's growth, but ‘Passion' and ‘31346' rootstocks didn't show after grafting 9 days. Plants grafted on ‘Passion' and ‘194' rootstocks increased evaporation, but ‘31346' rootstock wasn't. The parenchyma cells in the vascular, cambium and pith had wound-repair response and the parenchyma cells proliferate and arrange as days after grafting increased. Especially in the combination of grafted on ‘Passion' and ‘194' rootstocks had early wound-repair response after grafting 6 days. In autumn crop, the graft success rate of ‘Lucky Fragrance' sweet pepper grafted on ‘M210101', ‘Passion' and ‘194' rootstocks were 61.1%, 77% and 77%, respectively. Plants grafted on ‘Miles Flavor', ‘Passion' and ‘Born Fire' rootstocks had early anthesis. Early fruit yield and total yield of plants grafted on ‘Passion' and ‘Bore Fire' rootstocks were increased, but the yields were decreased when plants grafted on ‘Miles Flavor' and ‘M210101' rootstocks. In spring crop, the field survival rate of ‘Lucky Fragrance' sweet pepper scion grafted on ‘M210101' and ‘Born Fire' rootstocks were 88.9% and 94.4%. Plants grafted on ‘Miles Flavor', ‘Passion' and ‘Born Fire' rootstocks could enhanced flowering. The plant height, stem node and fresh weight were increased when plants grafted on ‘Passion' and ‘194' rootstocks. Plants grafted on ‘Passion' rootstock could increased early fruit yield, fruit number and total yield.But they were decreased in plants grafted on ‘31346', ‘M210101' rootstocks and ‘Lucky Fragrance' control. In spring crop, the graft success rate and field survival rate of ‘Andalus' sweet pepper scion grafted on ‘Born Fire' rootstocks were 79.3% and 94.4%. The initial flowering of plants grafted on ‘Miles Flavor' and ‘Passion' rootstocks were shorten 6 days. Early fruit yield and total yield of plants grafted on ‘Passion' rootstock were increased.
