摘要: 本研究於實驗室中研究台灣鋏蠓Forcipomyia taiwana (Shiraki) (雙翅目: 鋏蠓科)的兩性生命表,生命表均在實驗室於25°C,12L:12D條件下進行。生命表結果,最高的內在增值率(r)為0.0219± 0.0306。最高的淨增值率(R0)為1.33± 0.76,平均世代時間(T)為20至23天。藥劑試驗分噴藥和無噴藥試驗,有噴藥的於大坑地區,其賽滅寧對台灣鋏蠓的半致死濃度範圍為0.00007504%和0.00009484%.未噴藥地區的中興大學校園園區,其賽滅寧對台灣鋏蠓之半致死濃度為0.00000919%和0.00000163%。
Data for constructing two-sex life tables of the biting midge, Forcipomyia taiwana (Shiraki) (Diptera: Ceratopogonidae), under laboratory conditions were collected under constant conditions 25C and 12L:12D. The highest intrinsic rate of increase (r) of F. taiwana was 0.02190.0306. The highest net reproduction rate (R0) was 1.330.76. The Mean generation time (T) ranged from 20 to 23 days. The LC50 of cypermethrin ranged from 0.00007504% to 0.00009484% of F. taiwana collected from the Dakeng area where insecticides were applied at regular intervals, but dropped to 0.00000919% to 0.00000163% for flies collected from the insecticide-free National Chung Hsing University campus.
