|摘要:||Ginseng has played an important role in Chinese medicine . It possesses various curative effects and can even be used as antitumor agent. Studying the effective ingredients of Ginseng will be helpful for medical applications. The biological activity components of Ginseng are traditionally extracted by hot water and organic solvents such as methanol and ethanol, etc. This study showed the feasibility of extracting crude oil and ginsenosides from Ginseng roots by using supercritical carbon dioxide.
A semi-continuous flow process were used and the extraction conditions were 308~333 K, 10.4~31.2 MPa, and the addition of 46% or 95% ethanol as co-solvent. Comparing the extracted oil yield and ginsenosides content, our results showed that 31.2 MPa, 333 K, 578 liters CO2 with 6mole% preload addition of 95% ethanol had the most similar result to traditional hot water extraction, but less than that of ethanol extraction. In supercritical extraction, the yield of the extracted oil increased with pressure at constant temperature, but it only increased with temperature at pressure above 24.2 MPa. Our results further demonstrated that when 333 K, 31.2 MPa, 660 liters CO2 and 6mole% sequential addition of 95% ethanol as the co-solvent and the absorbent, the maximum extracted yield of Ginseng oil was approximately 0.1g and 153ppm ginsenosides per gram Ginseng.|
自古以來人參在中藥中佔有極重要的地位，具有各種療效，甚至作為抗癌治療試劑，探討人參的有效成分對其醫學應用上有很大的幫助。傳統上，人參是以熱水、甲醇、乙醇等有機溶劑萃取其中有效成分。本研究探討超臨界二氧化碳萃取人參抽出物及其皂素類的可行性。實驗採半連續萃取方式，溫度控制在308 K~333 K，壓力控制在10.4 MPa~31.2 MPa的範圍內操作，定溫升壓，萃出油產率隨密度上升而增加。但定壓升溫，萃出油產率在高壓(24.2MPa以上)隨萃取溫度升高會增加，但低壓範圍(10.4 MPa以下)卻隨之減少。非平衡狀況且相等二氧化碳使用量時，高流速之萃出油產率較高，證明流速僅影響人參粉粒外部質傳阻力。甚至添加46 %或95 %乙醇之共溶劑時，比較二氧化碳萃取和傳統萃取之人參萃出油率與人參皂含量，結果顯示CO2+ 95%乙醇共溶劑的效果是最接近傳統的萃取效率。最後，333 K，31.2 MPa，及順序添加95%乙醇共溶劑及95%吸收劑時，每克人參中最大可萃出約0.1克含153ppm皂素之人參抽出物。最佳的酒精索式萃取時，每克最大可萃出0.25克含2028ppm皂素之人參抽出物。
