摘要: 目前在農藥檢測上所使用的方法費時,不適合進行現地量測之應用。 在本研究中採用循環伏安法進行加保利與加保伏兩種農藥殘留量之檢測,並且採用經典校正與逆校正法來建模。並且對兩種方法之擬合與預測進行比較。對於兩種農藥混合的檢測,使用偏最小平方法進行分析。即使伏安圖中兩種農藥的圖形重疊非常嚴重,此方法仍可以量測出混合液中各成分的含量。對於模式的檢定則是以標準誤、R2以及PRESS三個統計量為標準。
In routine procedures of measuring pesticides concentration were time-consuming. They can not be adopted for measuring concentration in situ. In this study, cyclic voltammetry (CV) was applied to measure the concentration of carbaryl and carbofuran. The classical calibration method and inverse calibration method were used for modeling. And the fitting and predicting ability of these two methods were compared. The analyses of the mixture of two pesticides were applied by partial least square method. This method can determine the compound individually from the mixture, even if the voltammograms of the two pesticides overlap strongly. The statistics for choosing the better models are standard error, R2 and PRESS.
