摘要: 本研究是利用近紅外線短波段區間光譜(500nm~1100nm),以非破壞性檢測方式量測鳳梨果肉之反射光譜。可得到糖度分佈與二次微分光譜之間的相關性,並以二次微分吸收光譜之六個組合波長(946nm、886nm、646nm、824nm、904nm、722nm)所建立之校正方程式,對校正組樣本的相關係數rc可達到0.91,SEC值為0.924°Brix,對預測組樣本的相關係數rp為0.80,SEP值為0.825°Brix。鳳梨檢量線配合鳳梨內部有無斷心現象之糖度分佈特性作糖度值預測,在兩檢測點間之糖度變化量下降達3°Brix以上時,判定鳳梨為斷心鳳梨。
In this study, Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) was used to measure the reflective spectroscopy of pineapple fruit within the short wavelength range from 500nm to 1100nm. Therefore, the correlation of sugar content distribution and the second derivative spectra was obtained by using Non-destructive measurement technique. The calibration equation which consists of six constituted wavelengths(946nm、886nm、646nm、824nm、904nm、722nm)of the second derivative reflectance spectra had the calibration samples with rc = 0.91,SEC = 0.924°Brix, and the prediction samples with rp = 0.80,SEP = 0.825°Brix. The pineapple measurement curve predicted sugar content distribution of internal normal or broke-core pineapples. Between the two measurement points, the pineapples were judged to be broken-core ones if the sugar content variation decreased to 3°Brix or above.
