摘要: 本論文利用簡便的一鍋法合成出新穎的含磷不對稱雙胺,1-(4-aminophenyl)-1-(3,5-dimethyl-4-aminophenyl)-1 -(6-oxido-6H-dibenz <c,e> <1,2>oxaphosphorin-6-yl)ethane (1)及 1-(4-aminophenyl)-1-(3,5-diethyl-4-aminophenyl)-1-(6-oxido-6H-dibenz <c,e> <1,2>oxaphosphorin-6-yl)ethane (2)。藉由上述的雙胺單體(1-2)與不同的芳香族二酐,以NMP/Xylene為溶劑的熱溶液環化法聚合出一系列不對稱聚醯亞胺(3-4)。所製備的一系列聚醯亞胺皆具有可溶於有機溶劑、柔軟及撓曲性。特別是聚醯亞胺(3a-3d)不但顯示良好的熱穩定性,經由DMA測定的玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)在327-401℃之間,由TGA之分析,於氮氣中5%的熱重損失及800℃的熱重殘餘率分別在448-460℃和56-59wt%之間,且由TMA測定具較低的熱膨脹係數,介於38-48 ppm/℃之間。並且所合成的不對稱聚醯亞胺(3-4)顯示出有相當好的有機溶解性。這些結果都表示引入不對稱結構,不但是一種能有效地干擾分子排列次序的方法,也能維持良好的熱性質和增加對有機溶劑的溶解性。因此,我們所製備的聚醯亞胺擁有如此傑出的熱性質和有機溶解度佳的特性,更適合做為微電子等方面的應用。
Two new asymmetric diamines, 1-(4-aminophenyl) -1-(3,5-dimethyl -4-aminophenyl)- 1-(6-oxido-6H -dibenz <c,e> <1,2> oxaphosphorin-6-yl)ethane (1) and 1-(4-aminophenyl) -1-(3,5-diethyl-4-aminophenyl)- 1-(6-oxido-6H -dibenz <c,e> <1,2> oxaphosphorin-6-yl)-ethane (2) were prepared via an efficient, one-pot procedure. Based on diamines (1-2), a series of asymmetric polyimides (3-4) were prepared in NMP/xylene by a high-temperature solution polymerization. The resulting polyimides are readily soluble in some organic solvents, and can be solvent-casted into flexible and creasable films. Especially, asymmetric polyimides (3a-3d) display high Tg (327-401℃), high moduli (4.46-7.20 GPa), low coefficient of thermal expansion (38-48 ppm/℃). All the asymmetric polyimides (3-4) exhibited good organosolubility. These results show that the introduction of the asymmetric structure is an effective way to disrupt packing sequence while maintain thermal properties and increase solubility in some organic solvents. Because of these properties, polyimides (3-4) can be considered as excellent high-Tg and good organosolubility for microelectronic applications.
