摘要: 本研究使用巴特沃斯低通波濾波器、小波轉換法及經驗模態分解法針對酚類HPLC圖譜進行訊號處理,探討高雜訊(S/N<3)圖譜在訊號處理時影響去除雜訊的效率以及增加檢量線的線性。在進行水中微量的酚類 HPLC分析之後利用MATLAB進行訊號處理去除雜訊實驗,能有效降低偵測極限並建立精確的訊號處理模式,可應用於定性及定量的偵測分析。實驗中分別探討phenol、4-nitrophenol、4-chloro-3-methylphenol。比較三種處理模式後,結果顯示EMD法在去除高頻雜訊後,雜訊比可增加至大於3,使偵測極限降低並可使面積取點不被雜訊干擾,降低雜訊干擾積分面積的取點,使得檢量線數據品質改善。並與低通波濾波器及小波轉換去除雜訊功效之比較。EMD效果可在第三殘餘值(R3)時最佳,可將訊號訊雜比提昇至大於3。接下來並比較EMD處理前後之低濃度檢量線之相關係數及標準偏差值,最佳之結果在此實驗中最佳亦為第三殘餘值。
In this study, we discuss the method of denoise for high-noisy phenolic HPLC spectrum by compare with butterworth low-pass filter、Daubechies wavelet and empirical mode decomposition.With the HPLC analysis of trace phenolic,we use MATLAB to signal processing for denoise experiments.The goal is to reduce the detect limit and the establishment an accurate signal processing model for detection of phenolic.After the analysis of phenol,4-nitrophenol,4-chloro-3-methylphenol, the results show that EMD method can remove high frequency noise and make signal noise ratio up to 3.At the result ,it is lower detection limit and make select integral point for area easily with low noisy disturbance. Comparison the effect of denoise between the three method,EMD is the best that removes high-frequency noise and makes signal noise ratio higher than 3. EMD is also impove correlation coefficient and standard deviation values for low concentrations of calibration curve.The best results in this experiment for the third stage(R3).
