摘要: 在陸續簽訂WTO、ECFA等自由貿易協定的情況下,臺灣已逐漸國際化並參與全球化的產業競爭,故政府積極地規劃並推動數個重要的領域,其中成效卓越之兩項即包含了顯示器產業與精緻農業兩項;然而上述兩個優勢產業均在發展過程中面臨一些困難,前者為瑕疵面板之修復與降低其發生率,後者則為蔬果等農產品之農藥肥料適當施用與農藥殘留量即時檢測。 本論文針對以上兩者,即研發以現有的相機和分光鏡做組合,搭配特定的控制平台,建構出一新型的光譜影像分析儀。特點為價格低、速度快、資料量少、易於攜帶、可隨時取像,相較早期的儀器具有明顯之進步性與產業可利用性。目前本技術已在實驗室內實現並驗證其效果,未來預計使光譜儀全面走入家庭民生使用。
Due to the agreement of WTO and ECFA, our country has entered the international competitive area; thus the government manages to push several important industries, which includes display and delicate agricultural markets. However, there are some difficulties in those two area, such as the defects detection in LCD or the proper pesticides does and the residual amount. This thesis proposes a new type of spectral image analyzer which is composed of CCD camera, beam splitter, and a control unit. Compared with the previous spectral techniques, the new scheme has the merits of low cost, compact, easy to use and small data size. It has been proved feasible and will be expected to enter the market of families.
