摘要: 奈米材料的技術應用通常定位於在導電與非導電基材上製備微式樣,如半導體工業,除此之外,其他更廣泛應用於修飾奈米顆粒或奈米孔洞之金屬氧化物、無機金屬錯合物於導電性基材(如導電玻璃、碳材、玻璃碳、銅材、銅材與鋁材等)上,其奈米材料更用於發展各式燃料電池、化學發光材料、觸媒、觸媒、電容器、電化學發光與化學、生醫感測器等,其所應用之廣,足以可見此類研究之重要性。在此研究計畫中,著重於製備各類活性奈米物質在低成本、可拋棄之導電基材上,如網版印刷碳電極、網版印刷金電極、各式滾鍍金屬電極(如鎳、金、銠、銅等),並取其材料特性使其實際應用於光電化學同步系統、燃料電池、電容器、電化學觸媒與電化學感測器等,並期以此研究計畫可實際應用於相關產業合作,使整體合作計畫不僅在學術上有所發展,更能跨足產業,發揮最大的研究價值。
Technological applications of the nanomaterials are always oriented with preparation of thematerials on conducting or non-conducting substrate surfaces. For instance, the manufacturingtechnologies developed in the semiconductor industry. Other applications include,nanoparticles of various metal oxides, alloys, inorganic complexes modified conductingsubstrates like; Indium tin oxide (ITO), carbon, glassy carbon and copper etc., for applicationslike batteries, luminescence materials, electro-catalysis, electro-chemical capacitors,photo-electrochemistry, Chemical and bio-chemical sensors etc. Such systems provide directusage of the nanoparticles for the functional applications. Manufacturing nanotechnology ofthe materials always require for trained persons. Since nanotechnology is having an impact onseveral aspects, in this project we aimed to prepare active nanomaterials on disposable type oflow cost conducting subtracts such a disposable screen-printed carbon electrodes,screen-printed gold electrodes, Barrel plated metal substrates including Nickel (Ni), Gold(Au), Rhodium (Rh) and Copper (Cu) etc, suitable for more practical applications likePhotoelectrochemical systems, bio fuel cell, Capacitor, electro-catalyst, and electrochemicalsensor etc.
