標題: 分解有機磷細菌生物肥料之生物技術研究及開發

摘要: 本研究將以生物技術建立台灣本土分解有機磷細菌之「基因庫」菌種, 以研究土壤細菌分泌phosphatases之phytase酵素作用.篩選本土優良分解有機磷細菌, 並以16S rDNA序列比對之生物技術研究菌種間之差異, 本研究將有助進一步發展提高作物吸收磷量, 並以盆栽及田間接種有效菌種降低磷肥之施用量及成本, 逐年達到開發本土最佳之分解有機磷之生物肥料, 達到永續經營農業之目的.本年度將繼續上年度之研究, 進而將具有分解有機磷phatic acid之細菌, 進行篩選其他土壤有機磷的分解作用, 以便篩選適應性更廣之菌種, 並以土壤盆栽接種優良之分解有機磷菌, 以便開發分解有機磷之生物肥料.
Phosphate is the lowest in availability and absorption to the crops in among of NPK.This study is to establish a genetic pool of organic phosphate bacteria, and to select and develop a biofertilizer.This year is to select native organic phosphates in soils, and to study the effect of the bacteria on the crop growth for developing a biofertilizer.
