摘要: 開發高效燈光誘集器調查竹林地區竹涓夜蛾之成蛾密度,以確實掌握該蟲在竹林之害蟲發生期及成蟲高峰期。採集竹涓夜蛾之蛹或成蟲並於室內繁殖飼育、建立繼代飼養方法及供試蟲源。鑑定培養並測試數種本土性蟲生真菌及線蟲對竹涓夜蛾幼蟲致病力。分析各蟲生病原菌對竹涓夜蛾幼蟲及蛹之防治效力,以評估開發微生物防治資材之可行性,以供下年度篩選防治利器之參考。
Developing the high effective trap for monitoring the population density of Rivula biatomea moths would be useful to confirm the dynamic and outbreak peak of this pest in domestic bamboo forest. The pupae and moths of Rivula biatomea were collected from bamboo grove, then the process of mass breeding in laboratory also was set up. Several entomopathogenic fungi would be tested individually to identify the pathogenicity against the larvae of Rivula biatomea. To find the most powerful and potential microbial insecticide against the larvae of Rivula biatomea and to evaluate their control efficacy are the main objects in this year's project. The bioassay data would be referred to the candidate agents next year.
