摘要: 調查芒果品系對芒果炭疽病之抗感性及發展綜合防治,完成分離菌株及完成毒力測試 及20種品系之抗感病測試,另進行芒果未成熟果之抗菌成份鑑定,包括完成葉片及幼果之侵染分析。有效防治芒果炭疽病之植物成份萃取,含完成5種以上之植物萃取及抑菌能力分析及完成5種以上植物萃取物之防治效果分析。
To investigate the resistance of mango cultivars to anthracnose and to develop IPM for controlling mango anthracnose disease. Isolation and identification of virulent strains of C. gloeosporioides</I> (Cg</I>) from mango fruits collected in mango orchards. Establishment of Cg </I>penetration process in leaf and young fruit. Extraction of methanol soluble plant compounds from 5 plants and analysis of their antifungal activities. Assay of the five plant extracts on the control of mango anthracnose. .
