摘要: 本研究旨在了解中部空品區四縣市其PM2.5主要的污染來源及其排放量,其來源包括直接排放的原生性PM2.5,以及經由大氣氣固相轉化反應形成的衍生性PM2.5(二次光化氣膠),故以92年台中縣、台中市、彰化縣及南投縣各污染源排放資料TEDS6.1資料庫,與環保署中部空品區之豐原、沙鹿、大里、忠明、西屯、彰化、二林、南投及竹山等9個空品監測站資料為依據來分析。 研究結果顯示,在TEDS6.1資料庫方面,逸散源為中部四縣市主要的PM2.5排放源,其中南投縣所佔比例最高(7,093公噸/年、86%),其次是台中縣(9,023公噸/年、74%)、彰化縣(7,251公噸/年、74%),台中市第四(1,769公噸/年、57%);若以行業別來細分所佔污染比例分別如下:以工業(52%)、營建/道路揚塵(26%)、車輛(16%)、露天燃燒(3%)及商業(2%)。 經PM2.5與環境因子之相關係數分析後可知,NMHC、SO2、NO2 、CO、O3及O3+NO2這六種污染物與PM2.5具有相關性,經回歸分析後又以SO2、NO2 、CO及O3+NO2較具顯著性,由於SO2、CO、NO2為機動車輛排放廢氣中較為明顯的污染物,且O3+NO2主要發生在工業區、都會區及交通要道,另屬於交通量較大之測站如忠明、大里、南投測站,其NMHC也具有相關,由此可見機動車輛為重要污染源之一。 綜合本次研究結果,爲改善PM2.5的污染,在原性性污染源方面:加強逸散源管制可得最大效益;在衍生性污染源方面:則應加強移動污染源的管制。
The resource and emissions of fine particles(PM2.5)were used to TEDS6.1 database at four different characteristic counties in central Taiwan in this study. The PM2.5 mass order for these counties were Nantou County (7,093 ton/years, 86%) > Taichung county (9,023 ton/years, 74%) > Changhua county (7,251 ton/years, 74%) > Taichung city (1,769 ton/years, 57%) in central Taiwan. And PM2.5 main emissions sources from industry (52%), builds/ raised dust (26%), vehicles (16%), open-air burns (3%) and commercial (2%) in this study,respectively. Ambient air quality concentrations were used to monitor station of environmental protection administration(EPA)at Fongyuan, Shalu, Dali, Jhongming, Situn, Changhua, Erlin, and Nantou in central Taiwan., The PM2.5 and NMHC,SO2, NO2, CO, O3 and O3+NO2 were compared with the correlated (R2) data in central Taiwan, The results obtain PM2.5 and O3+NO2 were positively correlated (R2=0.525) at Jhongming monitor station in this study, The PM2.5 and SO2 were positively correlated (R2= 0.495) at Dali monitor station in this study, The PM2.5 and CO were positively correlated (R2=0.479) at Nantou monitor station in central Taiwan . The results obtain here also revealed that the original source and derivative source of PM2.5 pollution were come from the emission of fugitive source and vehicles source at four different characteristic counties in central Taiwan.
