摘要: 本計畫擬開發淡色系聚醯亞胺,含酚基聚醯亞胺及其複合材料衍生物。在第一年計劃中,首先利用Grignard 反應合成1-(4-aminophenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethanone(1) , 接著將單體(1) 、DOPO 分別與2-methoxyaniline, 2-ethoxyaniline,2-butylaniline 反應形成雙胺單體(2-4) 。將雙胺(2-4)與一系列雙酸酐反應成氟系淡色系聚醯亞胺PIs(2-4)。此外,本計劃亦合成含酚基的雙胺,方法為將DOPO、2-aminophenol 分別與4-aminoacetophenone 或(1)與反應,形成雙胺單體(5-6)。接著將雙胺(5-6)與一系列雙酸酐反應合成含酚基的聚醯亞胺PIs(5-6),似供第二年計劃合成奈米複材使用。第二年計劃為奈米碳管的改質及其PI/CNT 複合材料。方法則是將奈米碳管視為dienophile,將其和allyl phenol 或allyl glycidyl ether 進行ene 反應,合成環氧基改質奈米碳管。將環氧基改質奈米碳管與PIs(5-6)之酚基反應,形成PI/CNT複合材料。第三年計劃為低介電聚醯亞胺複合材料。方法則是合成PI/PS 及PI/fluorinated PS 低介電複合材料、多孔性PI/PMMA 複合材料及PI/POSS 複合材料。
In this project, a series of colorless polyimides, hydroxyl-polyimides, and polyimidecomposites will be developed. In the first year's project, novel diamines with trifluoromethyland bulky side group (2-4) will be prepared by the reaction of DOPO, 4-aminoacetophenone(or 1-(4-aminophenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethanone ) with 2-methoxyaniline, 2-ethoxyaniline,2-butylaniline, respectively. Based on (2-4), a series of colorless polyimides will be prepared.In addition, two hydroxyl diamines (5-6) will be prepared by the reaction of DOPO,2-aminophenol with 4-aminoacetophenone (or 1-(4-aminophenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethanone ).In the second year's project, epoxy-modifed carbon nanotubes will be prepared via the enereaction of allyl phenol or allyl glycidyl ether with carbon nanotubes. A series of PI/CNTnanocomposites will be prepared by the reaction of epoxy-modifed CNT and PIs(5-6). Inthe third year's project, low dielectric PI/PS, PI/fluorinated PS, porous PI/PMMA andPI/POSS nanocomposites will be prepared.
