摘要: 牛皮消屬植物之花部構造是分類的重要依據,惟在標本製作過程難以保存其特徵,故在過去分類處理上常發生鑑定錯誤的情形。本研究結合文獻考證、外部形態顯微構造及地理分布等資料,針對臺灣產牛皮消屬 (Cynanchum L.) 植物進行系統分類研究。花萼裂片及被毛,副花冠顏色、形狀及果實等皆為分類重要特徵。本研究結果,牛皮消屬植物的花粉器各部位特徵在不同分類群間存在著明顯差異,且具有穩定的形態構造,可供本屬外觀形態相近的種做區分。此外,依據種皮表面的紋飾,可區分到種階。研究結果將臺灣產牛皮消屬植物處理為5分類群,分別為:白薇 (C. atratum Bunge)、薄葉牛皮消 (C. auriculatum Rolye ex Wight)、臺灣牛皮消 (C. formosanum (Maxim.) Hemsl.)、蘭嶼牛皮消 (C. lanhsuense Yamaz.) 及毛白前 (C. mooreanum Hemsl.)。另外依照植物外部形態及顯微構造等特徵,可將臺灣產牛皮消屬植物區分為3個節,可分為牛皮消節 (sect. Endotropis):有薄葉牛皮消;催吐白前節 (sect. Vincetoxicum):有白薇及毛白前;青洋參節 (sect. Cyathella):臺灣牛皮消及蘭嶼牛皮消。
The flowers structure of Cynanchum L. herberia specimen, so and difficult to preserve in characteristics. Mistake identifications was frequent often occurred. A systematics study of Cynanchum L. in Taiwan was carried out mainly based on literature research, plant morphology and microstructure, and geographic distribution. In the shapes and sizes and trichomes of calyx, the shape and color of corona, and fruit are significant characteristics for the classification of Cynanchum. According to the results, the characteristics of Cynanchum L. pollinarium morphology have obvious differences between species. and they are firm in shapes and structures. These characteristics could be good evidences for identification in Cynanchum L., And ornamentation of seed coat can distinguish of Cynanchum into the species level. According to the study, Cynanchum L. in Taiwan was treated into 5 taxa: C. atratum Bunge, C. auriculatum Rolye ex Wight, C. formosanum (Maxim.) Hemsl., C. lanhsuense Yamaz. and C. mooreanum Hemsl. In addition, the characteristics of plant morphology and microstructure divide the Cynanchum L. into three sections in Taiwan: sect. Endotropis has C. auriculatum;sect. Vincetoxicum has C. atratum and C. mooreanum;sect. Cyathella has C. formosanum and C. lanhsuense.
