摘要: 本研究將以初步建構之攪拌式生物反應器,連結自動控制系統與培育用水儲存及供應裝置,進行密閉式自動化微藻類連續生產系統開發,以改善藻類大量培育過程中感染與費工等相關問題,並將以大溪地等鞭金藻進行連續生產測試,測試結果將可提供相關藻類培育技術之參考與應用。
In this research, an automatic continuous culture system of microalgae will be developed based on the combination of an automatic control system and a storage and supply unit of the culture water into an already built stirred-bioreactor. The use of the system can improve the problem of contamination and reduce the labor consumption during the microalgal culture processing. The performance of the system will be tested using Isochrysis galbana affinis Tahiti. The testing result can be a valuable reference and application for the culture of microalgae.
