摘要: 在本論文中,我使用簡潔的One Diode Model處理以P3HT/PCBM為主動層的高分子太陽能電池的實驗數據。從暗電流的I-V Curve出發分析出暗電流的ideal factor,和光電流I-V Curve提取的參數比較是否有何關聯性。而後又解析出暗電流的Io,最終發現可以從暗電流特性推知在光電流中短路電流與並聯電阻有相同的關係。數據同時比較了不同主動層轉速、不同熱退火時間及不同主動層濃度中數據的差異。
In this paper, I analysis the data from the polymer solar cell experiment which is fabricated in P3HT/PCBM as its active layer by the simplest one diode model. I extract the ideal factor from dark current I-V curve. Then I extract the diffuse current and generation-recombination current from the dark current curve. The relationship between the dark current and the parameters extracted from the photo current, short current density and shunt resistance, were found. In this paper I compared the difference between the coating RPM of the active layer, the annealing time and different concentrations of the active layer.
